Having 25 years in the auto repair business and 4 years in new car sales I have a educated perspective on how things work in a dealership. I have not purchased from Knudtsen before and I did due to talking in new car sales I have a educated perspective on how things work in a dealership. I have not purchased from Knudtsen before and I did due to talking to past and present employees all saying the best compliments. Todd Olsen is the gentelman I worked with in sales, the service and knowledge he provided was an unexpected delight. It took a few short hours to buy my truck which was not in stock. Due to COVID it took a month to the day to get it on a train from GM's MO plant to Spokane and then the dealer. The original estimate was eight days but we must be patient during these times. Todd followed up with the factory every few days even when there was no movement or ETA just to let me know it's current status. This was a time consuming process for him but he faithfully stayed on top of it. I paid in full for the truck the day I commited to buying. One financial aspect of the deal had to be altered upon delivery and there was absolutely no issue getting a check cut for what was already a "done deal" and it cost them a small amount of profit as well. If you want a GM product you need to see Todd Olsen at Knudtsen Chevrolet. I love my new Colorado. More

The process was very quick and it only took less than an hour to complete the paperwork and we were out the door!!! Quickest experience I have ever had at a dealership and it was great!!! The staff were great to work with and Sean was willing to come in on his day off if that would have helped us make up our minds on a particular vehicle. Fortunately we were able to coordinate with his schedule so that he didn't need to do that, but the thought was appreciated. We would definitely do business with Knutsen again. More
