Though this dealership is about 45 min from my home, I go here because of the friendly and trustworthy staff. Matt was pleasant and communicative through the entire process of my hood being replaced. While visiting family in Ohio, I dropped off my car at a local Pacifica dealership in Cuyahoga Falls for an oil change and tire rotation (who by the way broke my oil cap on the last oil change and charged m local Pacifica dealership in Cuyahoga Falls for an oil change and tire rotation (who by the way broke my oil cap on the last oil change and charged me for a new one). Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from them asking for the key to remove my locking lug nuts. The van is 3 years old. After several tire rotations and replacement tires I NEVER knew I had locking lug nuts. This dealership who sells Pacifica's did not have a master! They explained that one would have to be ordered at my expense and it would take days to get it. Oh and they didn't have lug nuts in stock either which I would have to order and purchase! I had a 450 mile drive back to NY in a few days so I started searching other dealerships in a 50 mile radius. I could see myself stranded on the side of the highway with a flat and no way to get the tire off. I searched my glove box and the entire car. It was obvious that during the last tire rotation the key was not put back. I called 4 more dealerships...The same story, a master would need to be ordered... I would need to purchase new lug nuts or they could cut them off and risk damaging the wheel. My 5th dealership was to Klaben Chrysler in Kent Ohio. I spoke to Nikki. This was her response... "No key, oh no problem we have a master set.. Oh and NO CHARGE to unlock and remove yours...,yes but I'm leaving the state and it is a holiday weekend... Nikki, "NO PROBLEM.. come at your convenience".. You need replacement lug nuts?... NO PROBLEM.. we have lots! From the time I arrived I was greeted by professionals from the Parts department to the service department. As I sat in the lounge I listened to other mechanics troubleshoot with other customers. They too were PROFESSIONALS not young teenagers at their after school job fixing your car! 30 minutes later I was out the door ...Oh and the final bill?... $19.95!! Guess where my future service will be completed on my van and where I'm buying my next car?? More
