Logan was extremely helpful when I called in on a Friday and said my oil report was at 4%! I didn't know Jeep wasn't sending alerts as early as hey used to and I kinds panicked thinking I was super late! He and said my oil report was at 4%! Logan, in the service department, was excellent at customer service and very helpful. He even made sure that my vehicle got an e-check because my plates were about to expire and I needed to renew them customer service and very helpful. Even though I got my vehicle back with the check engine light reset, went off again in a few days and my problem is still exists. My truck has had the check engine light on. We’ve put a couple thousand dollars into replacing some parts. Which now I don’t know we’re actually necessary because the check engine light continues to be on. I’m not quite sure anyone really took the time to figure it out. It’s so frustrating. More
The Klaben dealership in Kent, OH was not helpful in diagnosing my usb charging issue. I brought my vehicle in on two different occasions and the problem was not fixed. The first visit resulted in my ve diagnosing my usb charging issue. I brought my vehicle in on two different occasions and the problem was not fixed. The first visit resulted in my vehicle being left at the dealership for the entire day. Upon arrival of picking up my vehicle I was informed the part for the usb charging station was unable to be ordered unless I could replicate my issue. I replicated my issue and Albert Klaben took video proof to show the technician. The technician’s name was Ben. I was then informed a day later the part was unable to be ordered and I needed to bring my vehicle into the dealership again, so their technician could test it. Upon arrival at the dealership I had to re-explain what was happening to my vehicle and show the staff what was taking place with my usb charging station. I spoke with the technician Ben and Service Manager Jim. During my conversation, Ben admitted the day my vehicle was in the shop for the entire day he wasn’t able to test it because he didn’t have a cord to test it. After being at the dealership for 45 minutes I was told the issue must be my phone or cord I was using. I showed the staff the issue again. However, it still won’t work for me and they were unwilling to come up with another solution to fix my issue. Don’t take your vehicle here for service. The staff will waste your time and your issue will never be fixed. Take your business somewhere else. More
