Had to have the transmission replaced on our 2014 Journey. Logan responded to all our questions immediately and kept us informed of the progress all along the way. Had to go to the service desk to finish my service visit after I saw the service technician park my car in the lot when he was done working on my car. I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to tell me it after I saw the service technician park my car in the lot when he was done working on my car.
