The first dealership that I met with was friendly, but when it came down to working out price and financing, the salesman became very pushy and day. My personal situation - a single mom of two boys with a good job, but poor credit history, put me in a position with that dealership to not feel like I had a whole lot of say in what was available to me that would still fit in my budget. I left there feeling stressed out and defeated. My next stop was Kitsap Auto Outlet...I was immediately greeted by KC Bayne. He was friendly and very compassionate with my situation. He understood my wanting a nice looking car, but also something practical and safe for my family. He showed me a wide variety of vehicles that would fit within my budget and I never felt pressured to make a decision right there on the spot. He and Phillip were very patient with my financing situation and walked me through the process step-by-step. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of - which as a single woman, shopping for a car by herself, was definitely a concern.
