We applied online to get a pre-approved loan. We received and return call promptly from Rubar Ali. He was very friendly and informative, he talked with my husband and gave us a time to show up the next day. We had some things come up that we had a time crunch and we showed up an hour early, and we were welcomed in a very friendly and forgiving manner. Rubar Did not mind at all and we talked business right away, the paperwork was at his desk and ready before we even showed up. He was very professional, but also genuinely friendly. We filled out the paperwork, looked at a couple other vehicles. He was efficient and prompt with our paper work and our financing. Not once did my husband and I feel like we were being worked over or having the wool pulled over our eyes. He handled our finances with the utmost consideration and stayed with the guidelines we gave him from the very beginning. It was surprisingly one of the most painless and quick experiences we have ever had with a car dealer. We will most definitely be returning to Kitsap Auto Outlet for our next purchase, but most of all we will be requesting to work with Rubar again! I was looking for a used vehicle that could pull a trailer. I was shown several small SUV's. I saw some vans that looked like something I could use. The salesman looked at the window sticker and stated that because vans were not hot movers that he could reduce the price from 7,500 to 5,800 or 5,900. I had to leave before doing anything else. I returned the next day to take the vehicle for a test drive. The salesman advised me that they had sent the vehicle to a local Chevrolet dealer and had work done on it. He stated that the price for the car was the 7500 and that was only a few hundred over their cost. I left the lot never to return. Feel he was not truthful about their lot sending it to a dealer to be repaired and he flat out lied about the price he quoted me the day before. More

Wow, what a shyster this dealership is. Not only do they do false advertising but they lie to your face when you are there in person. Went to purchase a used truck, the add was online, then they said it nee do false advertising but they lie to your face when you are there in person. The nasty lady who answers the phone was so rude. I would not recommend this to anyone. There is no way they can have a 4.9 rating - they are most likely rating themselves.
