He was absolutely zero pressure and I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me a car. He took the time to listen to what I needed as well as what I wanted. He then showed me 3 cars that fit what I was looking for and fit my personality and style as well. After the test drive we got back and got down to the scariest part. The negotiations over the price of the car. Once again Josh came through! No pressure, I didn't feel anxious or nervous at all. Jake in finance was amazing as well! More

They had a very nice selection of used cars for what I thought were unbelievable low prices (especially compared to other places). Marshall was the salesman who helped me. I told him I was looking for a Toyota or Honda, and that is what he helped me find. And, he was very patient with me as I was making sure each car had each thing I wanted in it. From there, my information was given to Bobby to see what they could do about getting me into the Toyota that I wanted. Bobby did everything he could to get me into it AT the best rate that he could. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS I WANT YOU TO HEAR. Initially, the found a place that offered a moderate interest rate...which was lower than I expected. But, I even had a call the very next day saying they found me a better deal with a 4% lower rate!! That is a huge difference. They could have just left it be with the higher rate since the paperwork was already signed, right? But they CARED about me. So, I am not really sure why there are any negative reviews for them. They are all amazing, down-to-earth people in there. Jonathon was the gentleman who did the final paperwork with me, and he was unbelievably kind and patient with me too. And, the only thing I wanted fixed was the passenger door lock had to be manually locked. The young man from the service department, Alex,t ordered the part and was able to have it fixed the very next day. I also asked if he could come outside and show me where and how to use the jack and spare tire, which of course he did. Oh, and I had a question about the tires, and he pulled out a folder where they kept an inspection list for each car. They must inspect them if he had the information in the folder. So, I had an absolute incredible, positive experience with them and just remember these are USED cars. I am thrilled to have mine. More

I was greeted by Grant who is new to the area. He was very patient, kind and respected my time. I had a few questions that he did the proper research to get me all the information I needed. I was surprised by his response of ' I do not know the answer to that question but I'm sure we can find out for you!" Within a few minutes I had the answer. That approach was very customer service orientated. I was pleased that customer service is still around in this 'digital' world. I asked for the carfax, which he did not hesitate to provide. I ended driving and looking at another vehicle in their lot - he provided me the carfax before I even went on the test-drive. Within arriving at their dealership, I was able to test-drive instantly without being judged or asked to fill out a bunch of paperwork . I love the way they did business. Everyone else was great as well. But I just wanted to give grant the kudos he deserves! More
They stole Money out of my bank account! Let’s start from the beginning. We were told that they are the only lot that can work with people with credit problems. Which we found out was so wron Let’s start from the beginning. We were told that they are the only lot that can work with people with credit problems. Which we found out was so wrong. So anyways me and my husband went to buy a car for him from Kitsap Auto. We were sold an older car with no warranty. We were told that the car was in good running condition. Did you know that the shop doesn’t even have a way to change the oil. Well we didn’t either. And before you say we should have looked, it gets worse. There were so many problems with the car that the mechanics there couldn’t even find when we told them what was wrong. We had to take it to another shop to get the work done. Mind you this was basic work. We kept having more and more problems with our car. Our fantastic salesman finally got them to get us into another car. This new car is my husband dream car. We start the paperwork and that's where things got really bad. They called us to come back in AT LEAST 10 yes that's right TEN times to sign missed papers the finance guy missed. They told us a few time if we didn't come in that day to sign they were going to repo the car. Mind you this was not our fault at all. We had to take time out of our days to both go in to sign, not to mention the gas. Then things get really bad. They told us on several occasions that our copy of our debit card was shredded. Not the case. The next thing we know there is a charge for well over $100 charged to our account. I called them and they said the payoff amount was higher them talked about for the old car. We never gave permission to charge our card. Then they tried to play me and my husband against each other. The first story was my husband told them they he was going to pay it on X day. Not true! The the manager told me a few days later that my husband told him to lie to me for him if I call. He said my husband told him that if my wife calls I never set this up. That’s BS!!!! They lied to us so many times and even stole money from our account and that wasn’t even the first time. We are not the only people that this has happened to. They count on people not knowing any better so they can screw you over. Please don’t waist your time. If you need a car and even with bad credit, I have a guy that can help you out so much. I recommend him to anyone. More

Got a sales contract with loan amount, terms, and APR signed by both dealership and us. No information given by Sean Clark (Finance Manager) about contingency loan approval (even though WA state law), either verbally or in writing (did not receive a copy of this paperwork). Had we been given this information, we would have waited to get the car until approval. Instead, we were told we owned a car and could drive it home that day. Phone call yesterday from GM saying we needed 10x the original down payment amount to secure financing or we had to return the car ASAP. Talked to GM this morning and he argued with me about everything - what ever happened to "the customer is always right?" Basically, instead of saying Sean Clark screwed up the whole deal (didn't have proper credit info, didn't tell us about contingency loan approval, nor give us the form indicating that loan approval was contingent, and told us he personally inspected the car and the rotors on the brakes were shot [GM told me "he wouldn't know that because he's not an auto mechanic"]), the GM said that we should have known WA state law and it's our problem, not theirs. GM also said he didn't know who the finance manager was who was working when we bought the car, and he also said that he was losing $1000 even if we paid a $5000 down payment and that was a lot of money for him because he had a family to feed and he worked 50-60 hours a week (the buyer works over 80 hours a week and also has a family to feed, but doesn't have $5000 to put down on a car, and when I told the GM that, he got sarcastic and basically said he didn't care). Do NOT buy a car from these people. They are guilty of violating the FTC's Truth-in-Lending law. They are dishonest (the GM was there the day we bought the car, but he told me he wasn't and didn't know who the finance manager was working then). Their customer service is great when they're trying to seal the deal, but it is horrible after that and you will be threatened (the GM threatened me with legal action over the phone) and harassed if anything goes wrong on their end. Check out their reviews on FB - they are overwhelmingly negative in regards to the quality of the cars themselves, and with this experience in being fraudulent in regard to financing up front, it is not a place anyone should do business with. More
