I visited this Dealer to look at car for my daughter. I was not greeted by a salesman which was fine I was going there to look at one car. When a salesman walked up to us he didn't introduce himself nor di was not greeted by a salesman which was fine I was going there to look at one car. When a salesman walked up to us he didn't introduce himself nor did any of the other salesman so I have no names for the salesman. When I was given the keys to the car that we wanted to look at they were the wrong ones and took about 10 minutes to find the right ones. The salesman we were working with was nice but another salesman came in a pretty much took over and kept bragging about all the sales they do and also how he is the top salesman. As we were walking out to the car to look at it, the salesman that was bragging about everything started talking about inappropriate stuff to my daughter who is 16 yrs. old which made her feel very uncomfortable and I told him to leave her alone and back off and he left for a short time never apologized or anything. We walked back inside to return the keys after looking at the car and the bragging salesman was in there and I was speaking with the salesman we had started working with and let him know that I would be bringing my husband by to take a look at it tomorrow and that's when that bragging salesman stepped in and said that the price was only good till 7pm tonight which we hadn't even discussed price yet on the vehicle which was advertised on craigslist. He got very upset when I said that I wouldn't be able to bring my husband by till the next day and he said that the price would not be good tomorrow. Which we didn't even discuss a price on the vehicle at all. Than he said that if I wanted it I would need to put down a deposit or they would raise the price which again was not discussed. I wasn't asking him to hold the vehicle for me or anything just wanted to show my husband first. I said I was not going to put down a deposit on something till my husband looked at it and plus I was paying cash for the car and not trading in anything. The salesman got very upset and stormed out of the room like a little child since I wasn't willing to purchase the car right than and there. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any salesman at any car dealership not to mention the inappropriate behavior by the salesman with my daughter. Never will I visit them again nor will I ever refer anyone to them. I will let everyone I know how they treat their customers and how they run there business. More

I filled out a credit application prior to visiting Kitsap Auto Outlet. I didn't fill in a few vital pieces and received a prompt response from Shaho letting me know they would need more information to Kitsap Auto Outlet. I arrived at Kitsap Auto Outlet late in the afternoon and found an old colleague working there. Mac was insistent that it be okay with Shaho for him to help me. This is not the type of integrity most people expect from car salesmen. I ended up working with Mac. He was very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted as I only had a few requirements. I wanted a good gas mileage car with front wheel drive. Mac helped me to figure out what I could afford and was very patient with me. This was my first solo car buying experience and Mac made it painless. Everyone was very profession but not to the point of being stuffy. More
