Wish I could give them 0 stars, worst car buying experience EVER! And I am not a young man RUN AWAY these are old school crooked slime-ball car folks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY They will tell you your car is covered with a 300 mile 90 day warranty witch sounds great unless you need to use it.. They lie and tell you xx stories the service department is incompetent!! I cannot warn you enough, DO NOT BUY FROM KAO!! You’ve been warned. More

The team that works here is incredibly professional and so friendly! Bought my car end of January and Sean was outstanding! This place is so xxxxing pushy and makes you feel uncomfortable like you’re not allowed to leave. Went here about a little over a month ago. Went to test drive a car around 10:30am called and got uncomfortable like you’re not allowed to leave. Went here about a little over a month ago. Went to test drive a car around 10:30am called and got paired with Marshall. Got there and before I could test drive he asked me for my car keys. I assumed it was to appraise my car just in case I traded it in. I was later informed I shouldn’t have even given him my keys. We drove to port Orchard and back. Liked it but couldn’t justify the price for something I didn’t feel connected with or excited by. I sat in that chair from 10:30am to 5:30pm being pushed and persuaded to buy a car I made very clear I did not want. I tried filling out some paperwork to check out my rates and financing to just get out of there and never contact them. I stood up 6 times and said “ I need my car keys go get them please I’m leaving” each time he went to the back room and came back 20 mins later with a new xxxxty deal trying to make things weirdly personal saying I have something against him because I don’t want the car. Made me feel super uncomfortable and I had to eventually call my bf to come down and get me because they would not give me my keys. After he showed up he asked for my keys for me and 20 mins later I get them and practically run out the door. Went to Tacoma Subaru and picked up a brand new car and definitely had a better time by far with them. More

UNETHICAL drove off and a few hours later a whole bunch of lights came on the dash. called them and they said it was normal and that everything would be cov drove off and a few hours later a whole bunch of lights came on the dash. called them and they said it was normal and that everything would be covered under the warranty we purchased. they said, they recently replaced some stuff so it was common. me living far away, they said take it to another shop and it would be covered. after a few days in the shop, I call to speak to the manager and he said because we had someone else look at it and work on it. they can't tell what was done to it and it's out of their control and warranty won't cover it. I feel lied to and cheated. after literally buying a car from them. COLD BLOODED SNAKES. STAY AWAY. More

Brake system alarmed less than 5min after pulling out of the dealership. They refused to address. Told me it was sold "as is" and they wouldn't fix or pay to have fixed. They claim to have checked and certi the dealership. They refused to address. Told me it was sold "as is" and they wouldn't fix or pay to have fixed. They claim to have checked and certified the car. Unfortunately that's only until you leave their lot. Horrible company. Stay very far away and buy from a company that has morals. More

Great team! I had the pleasure of working with Josh who helped me select the perfect car for me. He was absolutely zero pressure and I never felt like he was try I had the pleasure of working with Josh who helped me select the perfect car for me. He was absolutely zero pressure and I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me a car. He took the time to listen to what I needed as well as what I wanted. He then showed me 3 cars that fit what I was looking for and fit my personality and style as well. After the test drive we got back and got down to the scariest part. The negotiations over the price of the car. Once again Josh came through! No pressure, I didn't feel anxious or nervous at all. Jake in finance was amazing as well! More
