My husband and I decided to visit this dealership because it was so close to our home. Since he recently had a stroke, it had become difficult for him to get in and out of our SUV. He had been looking at a car on the website, and emailed an inquiry at about 4am. Mike Blackmon emailed a reply by about 8am, and quickly followed up with a phone call. We decided to go look at the car we saw, a 2005 mercury Grand Marquis. Mike Blackmon greeted us warmly, treated us with great respect, and answered all our questions. We test drove the car, and ultimately decided to buy it. We had to go into the office there, which had a big ramp, but walking was a bit difficult for my husband, and we truly appreciated the patience and assistance Mike offered to my husband. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the car, and put no pressure on us. The car was dirty, so we went home to get some lunch, and by the time we got back, it was clean, gassed up, and ready to go. Mike Reilly, the business manner was just as friendly and well informed, and made the paperwork easy to complete in a timely manner. The owner greeted us personally, and did so again after we completed our purchase and thanked us for coming, as did the entire staff that was present. The atmosphere was pleasant, and no pressure. It seemed like everyone really enjoyed working there, and we can see why. We both felt that our visit there was appreciated, whether we baught a used car, new car, or no car at all! We will definitely reccommend this dealership, and will put them first into consideration when we decide to buy another car !!! More
