Used Car Purchase I purchased a 2009 Dodge Caliber with 25,000 miles on Saturday sept 2nd. I dealt with Jack Pate at the dealers used car lot. When I asked to look at I purchased a 2009 Dodge Caliber with 25,000 miles on Saturday sept 2nd. I dealt with Jack Pate at the dealers used car lot. When I asked to look at the car there was a no hassle approach by the salesman. He was friendly and willing to answer all questions. I explained this was my daughters first car and it needed to be dependable. After looking the car over I asked about a test drive which I was given the keys and allowed to go on a test drive with my family no hassles or anything which I thought was great. allowed me to fully check the car out. When I returned I told jack I wanted the car asked about the price and they were willing to adjust the price which we were both happy. Jack took care of all paperwork and they included a 3 month warranty and first oil change and tire rotation free of charge at a later date. I thought the dealership was fair and helpful and dealing with Jack was great. would come back again to do business . Thankyou C Day More

Tammy Walters, the Financial Representative has assisted me with tremendous knowledge in answering any of my questions concerning my purchases… She is very thorough and accurate with the necessary paperwork. PJ, Joe, Brad, and Diana have been extremely helpful in the Service Dept. going that extra mile to ensure my concerns are taken care of. These people are a great asset to this dealership. I did not buy my 2016 Explorer at Kisselback but I can assure My review is on the service department at Kisselback Ford. Brad Gonzalez was top notch! I did not buy my 2016 Explorer at Kisselback but I can assure that I will be buying my next vehicle there. The paint bubbled up on the front of the hood so I called to get it in as it was still under warranty. Brad called me back in 2 days after taking pictures and getting Ford to approve the repair, when I dropped my vehicle off on 7/18 he had a 2017 Expedition reserved for me to drive while mine was being repaired. I picked my Explorer up on 7/24 and Brad had everything ready to go ,He even did The Works service on it as I had asked him to do that day! Since coming to Kisselback for service I have been very pleased with everyone there, they are all very friendly and get the job done with no stress! More

On Saturday and right away from just walking in the door , Jack Pate immediately said hello to us and asked what he could do for us. The next day we traded in our sons car for his dream car Ford Mustang !! Our experience was Outstanding from the beginning thru the entire process. Jack Pate is highly recommended ! Jack made us feel comfortable and like family ! We will be back with our second son in the next year or two to purchase another used car from Jack Pate. Prices are incredible and trade in very reasonable! Thank you !!! Overall everyone was friendly and quick with the the whole process. Not like some dealerships and it takes all day. This ford is the worst ford dealer I have ever used Went for a pcm issue truck wouldn't start Said it was a blown fuse and truck was good picked up truck and in 8 hours truck was down again call Kisse Went for a pcm issue truck wouldn't start Said it was a blown fuse and truck was good picked up truck and in 8 hours truck was down again call Kisselback and told them they need to go get truck and fix is same issue they then charged me another 250$ for a blown fuse, towing,frayed wire that should have been fixed the first time. Called and spoke with manager and he was very rude and overtalked me and was not interested in assisting me so I will never recommend or use this dealer again. More
bad diagnostic for repairs on a ford fusion I brought my 2013 Hybrid Ford Fusion because it started making a loud than normal noise in the transmission, i was told by the clerk at Ford that in o I brought my 2013 Hybrid Ford Fusion because it started making a loud than normal noise in the transmission, i was told by the clerk at Ford that in order for them to check the car they charge $120.00 i said yes. About an hour later Brad calls me to tell me that he had drive the car, it drives good and that the computer doesn't show any alarms. Brad tells me that the problem is the bearings in the wheels it will be $580.00 parts and labor to replace them, doing this will eliminate the noise that it makes. I paid for the repairs I drive my car the noise is still there like if they did absolutely nothing to the car. Now they are telling me that they don't know why the car makes this noise. I took it to another auto shop in St. Cloud it took them 10 minutes to know that is a transmission problem. More
