In the effort to complete a 2nd cash sale at this dealership the mgr was unwilling to adjust the sale price or a lack of upgrading the tires to help make the vehicle safe for my wife to drive. The mgr did not have any options available. His own people printed options for me to negotiate. The offer was full price plus $1200 upgrade to tires . I was turned down. The effect this type of service has is detrimental to the future vehicle sales and or serviceability of existing kissleback vehicles. We all know that parts and service keep a dealer in the black after a sale. I bought a vehicle from a competitor that was willing to work with us. Now, I'd like to give you some good feedback. Dave in Finance is stellar and has a great personality for customer interaction. Dominica in Insurance is also a great asset to the dealership. Finally, my saleswoman Zoie Decker is the main reason I purchased this vehicle from your dealership. In talking to other business owners with similar transactions from Kissleback, I have been told that Zoie is 100% responsible for their sale as well. She is willing to go above and beyond for the customer and she is the most personable in sales. I would reccomend her to others for future sales. Unfortunately, I wont be buying additional and future vehicles or bringing in Ford vehicles to Parts and Service from Kissleback due to the leadership 's inability to work with returning customers. More

Really Excited First, I reached out to Kisselbeck Ford via the internet. I picked out my F250 XLT Super Duty by Engine, Drive Train, external Trim, Interior and incl First, I reached out to Kisselbeck Ford via the internet. I picked out my F250 XLT Super Duty by Engine, Drive Train, external Trim, Interior and including Tow Equipment. I reviewed a few different 2018 and 2019 models. I received a response from David Q but my busy schedule delayed my reply but David was patient and each subsequent time I looked at Kisselbeck's great inventory online he reached out. David guided me through their online credit application. The next thing I knew I was approved through Ford Credit. I came into the dealership and received a very very friendly staff and David very articulately explained all the fantastic features of my new Truck! Dave was GREAT! All of my questions were answered and i didnt feel pushed or rushed. Jack took time to show us around the lot, and I was able to test drive the trucks that I was interested in. I will say also, that having an insurance department in the dealership helped as well. I was able to take care of my insurance on the spot without having to call them my self. My wife and I drove a rental car to the dealership which took us about an hour and a half and left enterprise the rental there because there was have an enterprise on site about 50 yards connected to the building.That made life easier for us as well. We were also impressed because before leaving, many employees came up to us and congratulated us on our new purchase. Great experience! More
