Worst experience in service department I brought my truck in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and to have a noise checked out they call me an hour before they close to tell me they d I brought my truck in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and to have a noise checked out they call me an hour before they close to tell me they didn’t get my oil changed and they couldn’t check out the noise coming from the drivetrain ridiculous especially since I had a appointment, let them keep the truck till Monday they had 3 guys drive my truck when only the technician should have been driving it to look for the noise, they also lost my lug nut remover! Didn’t say anything as to replace it or how to get a new one, the guy rob did not know what the heck he was doing and had very poor customer service was not helpful at all! This was the absolute worst experience and I would not recommend you would be better off going somewhere else. More

She was very pleasant on the phone and advised that she would have the vehicle ready when we arrived the next day. Dealing with Jaimie was a pleasure. We did our test drive, had our trade in appraised and the paperwork completed very quickly. Jaimie is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tammy Walters who took care of our financing. Tammy was very pleasant and took us through our paperwork quickly. Friendly with no pressure. We looked at several dealerships as well as the national used car lots. Kisselback Ford had a comparable price coupled with certified used cars. The warranty attached to the certified cars was a definite deciding factor in our choice. Jack was knowledgeable and friendly even after looking at the car 3 times and driving it twice.
