She was very pleasant on the phone and advised that she would have the vehicle ready when we arrived the next day. Dealing with Jaimie was a pleasure. We did our test drive, had our trade in appraised and the paperwork completed very quickly. Jaimie is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tammy Walters who took care of our financing. Tammy was very pleasant and took us through our paperwork quickly. The warranty attached to the certified cars was a definite deciding factor in our choice. Jack was knowledgeable and friendly even after looking at the car 3 times and driving it twice. No Pressure !!! We had a great salesman, Jack Pate,that really did a wonderful job. He took his time to show us all the cars in our price range and was very helpful. He made sure we were well taken care of by everyone during the whole process. We test drove car yesterday and came back to purchase today which only took about hour and a half which included the car being detailed and filled up. I wish I could remember the woman's name that helped us with insurance because she was great too. She contacted my insurance company and even got new rates with different deductibles to help me decide how to get best coverage on new car. Great place !! More
