We recently purchased our first Subaru at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. We specifically worked with Ricky in purchasing our new Ascent. He was super knowledgable about the car and never once did we feel pressure to make any decisions. Ricky worked with us to get a great deal in trading in our old car and made sure we got exactly what we wanted in our new Subaru. He kept in contact via text and calls as they prepared our car and even after we drove off, he has been quick to respond to any questions we have. Val in the finance department is so sweet and took the time to explain all options available for warranties and all other finance aspects. She never once pressured or tried to "upsell" us anything, plus she was super respectful in knowing our ties to the military. We also met JP who will help teach us more about the specific details of the tech and features of the car.
