My husband and I decided to buy a new to us car and began the search. After several REALLY disappointing encounters with other dealerships I was fortunate to have Dale Hicks answer the phone when I called Ki the search. Dale was so helpful and informative. The car wasn’t ready for the lot yet, it was being detailed and inspected still. It took about a week for it to be ready to purchase and he kept us apprised of its status and called us as soon as it was ready. We drove the hour to Kirby and purchased the car and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dale took an incredible amount of time to explain all the electronics on our Forester Touring. We transitioned from a stone age 2000 Outback to a modern electronic wonder and were a little shell shocked! We’re now loyal Dale Hicks and Kirby Subaru customers! More
