He is not pushy, knows a lot about the cars he is selling and goes out of his way to make his customer feel comfortable with their purchase. I believe her name is Val (sorry, if I screwed it up) was an absolute delight helping me wade through all the paperwork. Her incredibly happy and fun personality made signing all the documents and finalizing the sale so, so easy.
