This man was born to do what he does-- and he executes his sales approach with grace, humility, and an abundance of knowledge and experience-- with zero pressure. He answered my questions before I had to ask them, and he remembered every detail of my past cars, he knew things I didn't even know about the, now four, Subarus I have found at Kirby Subaru of Ventura.
