To be honest, I am really not fond of dealing with salespeople at car dealerships. In particular, Ricky Arias was the perfect person to work with to counteract my previously negative interactions at other dealerships. He is not pushy, knows a lot about the cars he is selling and goes out of his way to make his customer feel comfortable with their purchase. I believe her name is Val (sorry, if I screwed it up) was an absolute delight helping me wade through all the paperwork. Her incredibly happy and fun personality made signing all the documents and finalizing the sale so, so easy. Both of them (along with those they work with made the sale--it wouldn't have happened otherwise). I'm looking forward to my first roadtrip in the Crosstrek that I purchased! More

A nice 15%off that it was going to towards a towing package, I put it in a safe place, and must still be there. The car manager gave a replacement coupon. My next car is going to be from Kirby. He answered my questions before I had to ask them, and he remembered every detail of my past cars, he knew things I didn't even know about the, now four, Subarus I have found at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. It is as if he studied my purchases to know what I like and prefer so that the cars he showed me were all good candidates and I felt that he listened and remembered details that made me feel cared for and seen as a friend as well as a customer.
