My family has been dealing with Ki-Po Motors for years, ever since they were on West Ave. and have bought many cars from them going back to the sixties! After shopping around for a mid-sized truck with four doors and four wheel drive, I was very disappointed with the prices I was running into. My wife had recently tried to by a vehicle at a local dealer and had a very disappointing experience. She went to Ki-Po and couldn't have been more pleased! She reminded me of her purchase there and suggested I shop there. I never realized Susuki made a mid-sized truck and was thrilled with the price! Steve Dawson was very easy to work with, and I was impressed with the truck.One month later I couldn't be happier with both the truck and the staff at Ki-Po. More
My wife and I initially came in to look at a '12 Grand Vitara by appointment. Unfortunately by the time we went in for the appt. the vehicle had sold, but that happens. We initially met with Gary who set Vitara by appointment. Unfortunately by the time we went in for the appt. the vehicle had sold, but that happens. We initially met with Gary who set us up with Rich. We test drove a used GV to see if we would even like the vehicle since they had one coming in on a truck in a week or so, turns out it wasn't the right fit so Rich had us test drive an SX4. We loved it. The best part was the no pressure sales approach, Rich gave us the information we needed without being pushy or rude. We got exactly what we needed, if not more, for our trade in and the financing was easy too. Even the "up-selling"(extended warranty, fabric protection, etc.) at the end wasn't overly pushy or obnoxious. I also want to mention that while waiting for paperwork to be finished I was standing in the show room and had a great conversation with Gary the general Manager. It wasn't business or selling anything, just a normal people standing around shooting the breeze... when's the last time you heard anything like that? Overall, hands down the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought cars in the best where the day after I feel like I'd been taken for a "ride" and had buyers remorse. Not this time, I feel like I got a great deal for a great group of people and won't hesitate to buy from them again. I just want to thank Rich and Gary for treating my wife and I so well and making us feel at ease about buying a new car. More
These guys really know their stuff. Very low key and no pressure atmosphere. They really go the extra mile to get you what you want ! My first visit there was just for an oil change. I'm also going back for the reasonable service even if its regular maintenance or not under warranty. You might not get it from the ads I've heard on the radio so go there and check it out for yourself. They really do stand behind everything they do! More

I was not planning on buying a new car but sense the transmission on my car went I decided to go a head and give it. He was kind, helpful and went out of his way to show me all the controls and features my new car had to offer. He was never pushy, always patient,honest and gave me the perfect buying experience. My overall experience was wonderful and I will tell anyone who will listen how wonderful Rich, Tom and Gary were. I would recommend Kipo for anyone who is looking for a car. When it came time to sign the papers he made sure he went over everything and anwsered all the questions I had. I was still unsure what I wanted but made up my mind to purchase from this dealership with Rich as my salesperson. Being in sales some time back at a national health club and knowing most of the closes and pressure put on customers, I respect both of these people. I also thought your interenet sight was a perfect tool for me as to calculate a clear picture of my payments, comparisons and other factors that allowed me to go in knowing pretty much what I wanted and what the costs would be. It also helped me make a quicker and confident decision. I also did not have to go the dealership and play "Lets Make A Deal" I love my little SX4 Hatchback,and appreciate the fact that I can call back with questions of which I am making a list More
