My experience buying a vehicle with KI-PO Suzuki was great! The salesman I worked with (Kevin Z) is very professional and doesn't have that deceptively friendly sales approach, which I find to be very o great! I was there to buy a car and he was there to sell it to me. He worked with us and we came out with a very reasonable price for the vehicle. He handled the entire process very efficiently and was very patient when we drove out 1hr round trip from the dealership to have the vehicle checked out by a mechanic we trusted . I've only had the vehicle for a few days but compared to the other models of the vehicle I looked at in the area it was in the best condition, had very low miles, and was priced very competitively. *P.S. My username and account was created after a particularly bad experience with another dealer as this is not AnotherBadReview. More
As a long-distance car buyer, the staff was very willing to work with me via phone and email to answer all of my questions before I even arrived at the dealership. My experience here was wonderful. Very friendly staff and they did everything they could to help me get a loan after being denied by other dealerships. This was my first buying experience with a dealer that was not a "buy her, pay here" type. I must say that it went far better than I expected, and Rich was extremely helpful throughout the entire time. I' was not a "buy her, pay here" type. I was impressed and glad that he didn't do that. He genuinely listened to all of what I had to say and answered my questions without being patronizing....it was very refreshing. More
I started on line, looking for a Suzuki Grand Vitara, I started on line, looking for a Suzuki Grand Vitara, because of the present vehicle we own (tracker) is no longer made. From the suzuki web site we I started on line, looking for a Suzuki Grand Vitara, because of the present vehicle we own (tracker) is no longer made. From the suzuki web site we were directed to Kipo. I looked at their present inventory and found vitara and an Equator. I spoke to Martina and got some information and sent in an application for credit. She called me to see when we could come in for a test drive, and we set up an appointment with Rick. When we arrived they were ready for us. My wife liked the Equator and wanted to drive it. The keys were available and plates were put on in less time than it take to tell about it. As we drove around the block Rich explained features of the turck. Both my wife and I drove during the test drive.Back at the dealership Rich went over the options for financing and the price we would have to pay. We wanted some time to think about it, so we went home. By the time we got home we decided we wanted the truck. The next morning I emailed Martina and requested to have rich call me. I got an instant responce from Martina and a call shortly after from Rich. He Explained that if we wanted the vehicle we would have to sign the paperwork before the end of the day because the rebaits would expire. We went back to Kipo and signed all the paperwork (on Saturday) and took delivery on Monday morning. This has been one of the most pleasant transactions I have ever gone thru. There was no hassle or pressure from anyone. The dealership is clean . Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help you if you need help. I was introduced to tha sales manager and the service manager and Tom , the person that does all the paper work. Our salesman , Rich, was friendly, easy to talk to,and very well informed about the Equator. He provide us with all the information we need to be able to make our decision with no pressure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants great service and no hassle. Our experience has been a 10 on a 1--10 rating. More
My 2008 Suzuki SX-4 was totaled in an accident so I decided to replace it with a 2013 Suzuki SX-4; I knew pretty much what I wanted and since Suzuki will no longer be importing this style of car, I rea decided to replace it with a 2013 Suzuki SX-4; I knew pretty much what I wanted and since Suzuki will no longer be importing this style of car, I realized that I would receive a pretty good deal. Ki-Po is a no pressure, just-tell-me-what-you-are-looking-for type of dealership which is a welcome change. My only disappointment is that the new SX-4 has had several features taken away such as being no longer keyless, front fog lights removed, though the cutouts are still there making it look a tad tacky, the exterior temperature gauge is gone and the control panel light has been replace from a warm orange glow to bright white. All incidental but it is the small features that separate a great car from a nice car. Several are left so you can still get a “smoking hot deal”. More
First I would like to make this a public and personal apology to the staff at Ki-Po. I am updating my review (I have also updated my complaint with BBB as resolved) as of March, 9 2014 for the following apology to the staff at Ki-Po. I am updating my review (I have also updated my complaint with BBB as resolved) as of March, 9 2014 for the following reasons: (I would have done much sooner but sometimes life gets in the way so here goes...) After much of my inconvenience and complaining, I went to have new tires installed on my car at a tire shop. I explained to the installer how the car kept pulling left, etc. After he took the tires off he showed me a big bubble inside the tire that he stated was causing the car to pull. I asked if Ki-Po would have known this and he said, "maybe, but I doubt it unless they actually took your tires off." Due to this I would like to apologize to everyone at Ki-Po and I hope I can once again be a welcome customer at your dealership and I would definitely refer anyone to them. Please disregard any of my past comments. Thank you. Old: Very happy with sales, very unhappy with service. Steve was great. Tim in service treated me as if i was ruining his day, I couldn't get through to him about the problem my car was having (still under warranty which makes me question even more why they wouldn't just do an alignment?) They switched my tires, checked air pressure. after I driven in car with service tech. The service tech had the gall and audacity to ask me if I was in the right or left lane when the car was pulling as if Im stupid, and as if that really makes a difference, Then he proceeded to tell me that it's usually the road and how it crowns in the middle that makes the car go right or left like that. No, I'm telling you there's a problem, I didn't just make it up, the car is pulling to the left, I feel it! I mentioned it to Tim that I felt the car still has the same problem and I could still feel the steering wheel pulling to the left. Tim seem to get very perturbed an upset and brashly said, "Give me the keys", he got in car with me ,& flat out lied to my face thinking I was gullible trying to get me to believe the car was okay even after it was still pulling to the left. He took his hands off the wheel to see if car would drive straight and counted to 5 really fast and said "if you count to 5 like that & it doesn't pull, the car is perfect." As car pulled to the left, he grabbed the wheel really fast and pulled it back real fast and said "your car's fine". I realized I wasn't going to get through to Tim. He seemed very high strung as if I were bothering him. At that point, I just pretended it was fine and left realizing it felt like I was pulling teeth. I was getting nowhere and Tim didn't want anything to do with helping me or fixing my car (under warranty) & tried to convince me my car doesn't have an alignment issue when it still pulls to left. I went there planning on being a customer for life and having a great relationship with my car dealership. Now I'm considering notifying Better Business Bureau today. I just want my wheels aligned so the car stops pulling to the left. I don't think that's too much to ask after spending 10,000 dollars on a vehicle. I hope they see it in their heart to be professional & do the right thing. More
KiPo Suzuki is an awesome dealership Iam on my second vehicle from them. the Service Department is great they when you call with an issue they do their very best to get your vehcile in as soon as possibl vehicle from them. the Service Department is great they when you call with an issue they do their very best to get your vehcile in as soon as possible. They clearly and concisely explain issues with your vehicle and offer options to rectify the issue. They are a great team and have a strong focus on providing great customer service which they always do. This is an excellent dearlership! More
