I will say that they're nice, but Honestly they packages online and printed on the car aren't accurate. It's upsetting. They also deflate the value of your trade in and offer no apologies. Rich, my sales person, was professional and down to earth, not pushy. We were able to work out a fair deal. I was disappointed that they would not come down on the "special internet price". However they did give me a good offer on my tradein. I also wasn't happy that I had to haggle over getting gas in the car. I am tired of buying cars and having to head to the nearest gas station after driving off the lot. It took some doing but they did put gas in the car which was better than my last car buying experience with another dealer. More

Our initial visit on a Friday afternoon was a good experience with the salesman Ron, he was professional, polite, and helpful. We left cash deposit for the vehicle we were interested in. the following experience with the salesman Ron, he was professional, polite, and helpful. We left cash deposit for the vehicle we were interested in. the following Monday I dropped off some paperwork that molly asked for. On Tuesday late afternoon early evening I called molly to let her know that later in the week I would be going out of town and when she answered the phone she was very rude and was not concerned with my reason for calling and did not even give me a chance to tell her why I was calling. Come Thursday I still had not heard back from molly so later in the day I again to call her for an update and also for the reason I had initially tried to call her for the previous Tuesday. At the end of the call on Thursday I was under the impression I would hear from her later the following day but did not get so much as a peep. Now Friday had been a week since we had left our cash deposit to hold the vehicle we were interested in. Saturday mid morning I phoned the dealership again and spoke to Ron, he assured me that he would go talk to molly to at least get an update on getting the vehicle and told me that he would have her call me within the hour. Two and a half hours later not a word so I again called back and asked for Ron again and was told that he was busy with another customer and told I was talking to Rick. I again explained the situation to Rick and told him that it had been eight days since leaving cash deposit and that I was only getting the run around from molly, Rick told me he would see if he could find out any information for me and call me right back. Rick did call me back promptly and informed me that he talked to Molly and that she refused to give him any information because he was not the original salesman and that I would get a return phone call soon. Another two hours and still no return phone call my husband and I decided to make the short drive down the road to the dealership, when we went in we were met with a woman we had not seen before and when we asked to talk to Ron and/or Molly we were told Ron had left for the day and she started yelling across the show room floor for Molly and yelling our names out, Molly came out and was again very rude to us and told us that next week she would mail us a check for our deposit that she had no information for us. When I questioned why a check when we left cash she was again very rude and nasty as she walked away from us saying that's just the way we do it. As we left the show room just outside the door Ron was standing there and asked how we made out with at least getting an update. When I explained to him that we were in no way satisfied and had no desire spending our money there he was very apologetic and was visibly upset when I told him that we were told he had left for the day when we asked to speak to him. We understand that it takes a couple of days, but we are at eight days from the day we left the cash deposit, and when we try to get an update on where things stand we are met with unprofessionalism, and rudeness. We will not be suggesting Kipo cars to any friends or family and will not spend our money there. More
Spoke to a Rep by the name of Ron and was given a quote for a 2012 Suzuki SX4 Crossover Technology. We reviewed the car and the equipment before I came out for a test drive. I asked about the car's equip for a 2012 Suzuki SX4 Crossover Technology. We reviewed the car and the equipment before I came out for a test drive. I asked about the car's equipment and the price because I was coming from Orchard Park and didn't want to waste my time and gas driving to Lockport if the car didn't meet my needs. The information online on their site said the Car had • Heated front seats• Heated pwr mirrors• Navigation system -inc: lane assist, 3D graphic view, voice command, etc. All the upgrades on the Technology over the base unit. I confirmed this with Ron and after getting a quote I drove out to Lockport with my wife for a test drive. When we got in the car I asked where the heated seat controls were. Ron then informed me this car didn't have any of the options that come standard on the Technology because it wasn't a Technology even though that is what was advertised. No real apology was forthcoming, just an excuse that they made a mistake on the advertising. It's now 3 hours since we visited the dealership and the car I looked at is still on their site with all the incorrect information. I think these guys are a bunch of crooks. Just don't waste your time going to this Joint! More
I was a little unsure of what type of car I wanted to purchase and Rich was very helpful on giving me information on the car I was interested in.
