Kudos to the service department at Kip Kilmon Ford and to Tom. My car was leaking at the moon roof, during the monsoons that have hit Virginia this summer. Last week, he took it in during lunch on Friday a Tom. My car was leaking at the moon roof, during the monsoons that have hit Virginia this summer. Last week, he took it in during lunch on Friday and cleaned out the drain lines on the passenger side, but asked me to bring it back so that they could do a better job. I just returned from taking it back in, where Tom cleaned out both drain lines and treated the carpet with a mildew resistant cleaner to keep the carpet from being damaged. All this he did at no charge! Thanks to Tom and to Kip Kilmon for having such great employees! More

I have been bringing my truck and cars to Kip Killman Ford for over 5 years. I have always been treated in a friendly professional manor. They even offered me one of their own cars to go get some lunch while I was waiting for my car to get brakes. They always have coffee on and I am greeted like I was a friend. Tom Chisholm and Clark Wilson work behind the desk in the service department and you just couldn’t ask for better men to deal with. Mike Shaffer is the mechanic that keeps my vehicles on the road. He is a very honest hardworking man who is up to date on all of the latest technology and he has never failed me in finding the problem and fixing it. I highly recommend Kip Killmon Ford in Louisa, VA. If you want to be treated right and know that your car is safe and your wife and kids will not be standing on the side of a road out in the middle of nowhere, these are the people you want working on your vehicles. I have worked with both of the Service Managers; Tom Chisholm and Clark Wilson and both are an asset to the dealership. They always greet you with a smile, a friendly "hello" and a "how can I help you," and are personable, courteous, and professional. They listen to your concerns and then make arrangements to have the vehicle checked out or serviced. They will advise of any problems or potential problems without the usual pressure to "have it done now." If there is work that needs to be done, they advise you up front of the cost and the time necessary to complete the work and they will work with you to arrange appointments that are convient for you. I have also conversed with the various mechanics that have worked on my vehicles, all have been friendly and courteous as well. I have been completely satisfied with all of the work that has been done. More
