WOW! I was blown away by my experience with the good folks down at Kip Killmon. I was quickly greeted when I arrived by Tom. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed in detail what we were doing and explained the multi-point check that they do for FREE! Before I knew it my car was in the shop and being worked on. The fact that I brought a Toyota to Tom didn't bother him a bit. They work on everything. While they were working on my car, Tom came and thoroughly reviewed the report for the multi-point check list and gladly answered all of my questions. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Especially Tom! Thanks for everything. More

I just went in to purchase my first car on my own, and they made me feel right at home. Not only were they honest with me, they got me a great deal, and I was smiling so much that my face hurt by the end of the day. One of the scariest things when buying a car is knowing whether or not you can trust the company and the salesman, and I can say that you'll be in good hands here. I bought the car I wanted, and everything was explained to me in a friendly and comforting atmosphere. If you live in the area and you need a car, I highly recommend this dealership. More

I brought my car to Kip Killmon Ford in Louisa for the first time. It is always scary taking my car to a new service person. Tom Chisholm greeted me in a friendly - nonthreatening manner. We called for appointment which was set up by Eric Seese, we arrived at the appointment time and the Van was check over for the required oil change and the brakes were also checked which were ok, all done i we arrived at the appointment time and the Van was check over for the required oil change and the brakes were also checked which were ok, all done in a very timely manner. The staff was very friendly and Killmon is our servicer of choice from this day forward. Our daughter also used Killmon and very satisfied. Will recommend to family and friends. More
I called the day before my visit to schedule an appointment to deal with what I believed was a loose belt. I got an appointment for the following day. On my way for the appointment, I realized the appointment to deal with what I believed was a loose belt. I got an appointment for the following day. On my way for the appointment, I realized the vehicle was also due for an oil change. During a prior visit, my service representative had advised that the vehicle was due for spark plug replacement. Upon arrival, I was met by Tom and I informed him of the problem and also inquired as to the possibility of having the other needed work performed. He advised that it could be taken care of at this time. Mike, my mechanic, examined the vehicle and determined that the belt tensioner was no longer performing it's function. Replacement parts were obtained and the work was performed while a waited. I feel it was done in a resonable amount of time. As always, I was informed of the cost and time needed to complete the work and treated in a professional, friendly manner. More
I called the Malloy Ford in Charlottesville where I bought my new C-Max hybrid to get the oil changed after 1,000 miles I always change my oil after the first 1000 miles. Maybe not, but I wanted to do it, so I called Kip Killmon Ford in Louisa. They didn't tell me not to do it, they just set up my appointment because I wanted it. I had my oil changed and talked to the technician who worked on my car. He told me his father does the same thing with all of his new cars. It's the sort of thing that may not be necessary, but it won't hurt just in case there are things in the engine that weren't removed during manufacture.
