The car was cleaned perfectly, licensed and ready to drive out the dealership lot the day we picked it up. we had to return a leased car ( Toyota ) to another dealership .and he helped us with the final payoff. He is a man of his word and we will definately return when needed to Kinney Subaru. More
11/30/2013 I have done quite a bit of on-line research regarding new vehicles, and I knew pretty much which model Subaru I wanted to explore in person. I approached the dealership this morning and was greeted by Ashley. (Your parking lot is a lawsuit, ready to happen - VERY ICY, no sign of 'ice melt' or sand...) I told her that I am interested in test-driving a standard transmission Limited Impreza, and I was shown one model - not a Limited edition - outdoors, but Ashley did not have the key to open the car. We wandered around your jammed lot looking for a standard transmission Ltd Impreza; none to be found. (No master list of inventory??) Indoors, there is an Impreza WRX, which I did sit in. Ashley asked Paul what the major differences between the WRX and other Ltd Imprezas, Paul also wanted to know why I wanted a Limited model, and seemed to imply that the higher horsepower of the WRX may be too much (for me? and how would he know??). I am ready to spend about $32K on a vehicle. I did not test drive a single Subaru today. Paul told me that I could order a vehicle, which would arrive in about 6 weeks... and why would I order a vehicle I cannot test drive? In short, I've crossed off Subaru, and Kinney Subaru especially, from my list of new vehicles to try out. Too bad? Maybe not. More

It was time for us to replace our 2003 Forester with a newer one so we went to cargurus.com and it showed 2 Foresters within our price and age range at Kinney Subaru so we decided to make the 2 hour drive newer one so we went to cargurus.com and it showed 2 Foresters within our price and age range at Kinney Subaru so we decided to make the 2 hour drive to check them out. On entering the showroom we were greeted by Nick and we told him why we had come. The Foresters we were interested in were a 2008 and 2009 which represented a significant model change so he thoroughly described the differences/improvements with the 2009, both in the lot and on the test drive. After the test drives, we had a couple questions about the repair histories so he had one of the service folks pull up the records to answer our questions. So we had all the info and all that was left was to choose one. This is where the amazing thing happened. Nick could see we just weren't ready to decide and instead of pressuring us to any way like usually happens with car salesmen, he was the one who suggested we go home and sleep on it. He was the one who said "this is a big decision and I don't won't you to regret it 6 weeks from now." We decided on the 2008 which was the less expensive model because we didn't like some of the changes with the 2009. We went back to buy it and there was no questioning beyond a simple "what made you pick that one" No attempt to push us towards the more expensive car. Both Nick and the deaalership were a breath of fresh air as they clearly want to get you the right car for you. Absolutely no pressure, but instead lots of patience and as much information as you want. We would recommend both the dealership and Nick without reservation and fully expect we will be visiting them again for our next car even though there are at least 3 Subaru dealers closer to our home. More

We found the car I've searched for over 2 years at Kinney Subaru. Paul and Walt were extremely professional and helpful getting the right price and explaining all of the cars specs. The price was invredible the lowest of all of the models we found. We flew from Colorado to Vermont just to buy this car. The guys were incredibly friendly and courteous. The finance team of Donna and Kelly really helped to explain the coverages and warranties. They were exceptional!! The whole process was painless and unforgettable. We will never forget ou experience with the folks at Kinney. And we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase new or used cars. More
I know that when major work needs to be done this is the place to be. The service department is more than accomodating even giving me a last minute loner when they needed to keep my car. Ordered parts come in as promised and in all my years of dealing with Kinny they have given us excellent service. I have never had trouble with a repair and I feel that they help keep us safe. This time I needed my entire card gone over as it will be given to a grandchild. Brian in service, showed me just what needed to be done. He discussed cost with me and then as usual did a great job. We are more than pleased. More
I only would buy my Subarus from Kinney and love buying from Larry Cooper. He is delightful, more than helpful and totally honest. What more could you ask for? I purchased a 2008 Outback from Kinney & use them for every service. They give me a free ride, have brilliant technicians and fair pricing. Their knowledge, courtesy and care are outstanding. Nate, Karen, Brian and Richard worked tirelessly with Subaru. I got a break on labor for non-warranty work and had use of a 2012 Outback for days. I never missed a day of work or skiing! I just purchased a 2012 Impreza. The Sales Manager was very helpful and Walt in sales made the process easy and even fun. Donna in finance was friendly and informative versus some dealers where you feel you're in a high pressure sales office. I'm a customer for life and I love my new Impreza! More
