Would Not Recommed Kings Ford Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman who signs the papers is rude and pushy. They salesmen are rude and abrupt. I went in for my first oil change and was approached my a salesman who asked for my number "to take me out". Completely unprofessional! Every time I call the service center they are rude. They do not pay for a rental car when the car is being worked on (even though it is not the customers fault). They don't even offer loaner cars. I finally got a service appointment and they called,me the night before and tried to cancel the appointment because they became "overbooked" even though my appointment had been scheduled for over a week. I am so disappointed with this company and will never recommend them to anyone. More
I've been to this dealer a few times regrettably.. the last was the worst. I went to have my rear defrost on my truck repaired. I asked for a loaner for the day and they wanted $12 or so for a rental and declined. I told them safe glass was close to where I lived and I would drop it off have my girlfriend take me to work in the morning. After I went to pick it up the next day the windows were extremely smudged with fingerprints and the headrest had been re-installed backwards !! They didn't take two seconds to review the work done to my truck. While I waited for them to dismantle and correct the headrest, the sales rep informed me how nice my truck was and all of the compliments he had received after picking it up from safe glass.. FROM HIS FRIENDS HE TOOK OUT TO LUNCH IN MY VEHICLE. I can't believe he admitted that and I will never return to such a horrible dealership. More
Took my car in for a warranty problem and couldn't have been treated worse. I was lied to twice after I had to find the parts myself for the car myself. The dealership couldn't get the parts so I had to give them the phone number to get the parts and they still couldn't get them. Long story short tried to talk to the gm and he didn't call back. Overall I was shocked at the lack of service. I called to talk to bob ring the owner and told the receptionist I had a problem with the service department and she even said "I get this a lot". Overall don't go to this dealership they only have success because of their location. I was so angry with these people I had to walk away. More
Have always used the service department for all service on my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. I bought it at King's Ford and they do all of my work and all oil changes, etc. I have always been pleased with every on my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. I bought it at King's Ford and they do all of my work and all oil changes, etc. I have always been pleased with everyone there and the one time I had a problem with their Quick Change Center leaving an underpanel loose and it got ruined; they replaced it under the warranty to my satisfaction. The internet manager was easy to work with when I bought the car new also. I have always been treated fairly and will continue to use them. Jack Morrison More
Don't come here unless you want bad service and to get ripped off. I took my Taurus here to get the transmission checked out. They diagnosed it and wanted $900 to replace one shift solenoid, a $20 part. T ripped off. I took my Taurus here to get the transmission checked out. They diagnosed it and wanted $900 to replace one shift solenoid, a $20 part. Then I took it to Mr. Transmission who found out that wasn't even the problem. They replaced 2 shift soledoids and an EPC for a few hundred dollars less. Mr. Transmission determined that there was also a problem with the computer, but only a Ford dealer could fix it. Mr. Transmission was very honest and helpful even though they couldn't completely correct the problem. I then took the car to Lebanon Ford who quickly diagnosed the car and fixed the problems within two days at a very reasonable price. The service staff at Lebanon Ford is much more knowledgable and more experienced than Kings Ford. Lebanon Ford even offers a rewards program for discounts on service visits. If you want to save time and money, don't even bother with King's Ford. More
I have two fords, and I started going to Kings Ford years ago because it is close to my home. They have evening and Saturday hours which is very convenient for me. Their mechanics work quickly so their lab ago because it is close to my home. They have evening and Saturday hours which is very convenient for me. Their mechanics work quickly so their labor price is very reasonable. I like to do a lot of my own repairs, and several times one of the service advisors helped me with suggestions of what to look for. If they need to keep my vehicle for several hours or more, they arrange a rental car for $15/day. Great dealership. More
