I have a Ford F-150 3. 5L Ecoboost and in 2022 the vehicle was brought in and needed new timing chain and phasers. $3k cost to replace. Their warranty is 2 years and unlimi 5L Ecoboost and in 2022 the vehicle was brought in and needed new timing chain and phasers. $3k cost to replace. Their warranty is 2 years and unlimited miles. I am at 2 years and 2 months (25,000 miles more) and they are telling me the exact same issue has occurred and needs to be replaced again (now $3.3k quote). Ford design is expected for the lift of the vehicle, though they do say some will need the replacement. Current Ford survey has it at about 30% needing the fix, yet I am now at twice in 2 years. The replacement parts are also suppose to fix the issue, so either they were not used with my original repair or not done correctly. Kings Ford has been less than helpful, saying the repair is 2 months out of warranty despite being on a fraction of the expected life of the replacement parts, and insisting I paid for the exact same service again. I find this to be extremely unjust and unethical. I do not recommend this dealership as this is now the second issue I've had with them (the first being a brake inspection that I was told was good, then 2 months later they said I need to replace pads and rotors and way past due. They clearly never did a proper inspection). More

This is my 2nd vehicle that got its first DOOR DING while in the Service Department at Kings Ford located in Kings Auto Mall. Both vehicles were brought in for a Ford recall. Very disappointing, to say the least. The first time ( 6 Month old 2021 F150)Kings said they did not think it happened at the Dealership( I insisted it did) They called me back after reviewing the video surveillance "It happened here we apologize and will get it repaired. They said it has to go one place for the dent/ding wizard and another for paint. I'm not a fan of painting the body panel on a new car. Not to mention, it would end up back and forth on the Kings Ford lot again packed in like a sardine. I told them to just get me a bottle of touch up paint. They called and informed me it was in at the Dealership, I asked them to mail it to me. They said “No can’t do that” it is hazardous material and I will have to come in to get it. Don’t understand why they did not even offer run it to my house 10min. away. Today I picked up my other car (2021 Ford Explorer ST) after having a safety recall and it now has its first door ding. Very disappointing, I'm waiting for Kings to call me. It did not break the paint film this time and they have a dint wizard on ground at the Auto Mall. I’m still not a fan I had this done on a new car once and the widow had visible scratches from the dent wizard's tools. Waiting for a call from Kings about my options. More

Kings Ford replaced a brake booster on my 2018 Explorer. There was nothing wrong with the booster. The original issue was what I perceived as a loose break pedal. Have attempted to contact the service Manager. Matt Huber but to no avail. I have tried in person and over the phone. Have left voice messages. He won't return my calls and is always out of the office, gone for the day, or on a call. Here's the real kicker! I went to check my brake fluid and the booster is loose. Yes, loose. It flops around. I called to have them fix what they screwed up and said they could get me in a week from now. I said this is a potential safety issue. They don't care. I guess they have enough business to not care about cars they screw up or misdiagnose. More

I have been a loyal customer of the Kings Ford service department for about 10 years- I’ve had many ups and downs during this time period. There have been years where I have hated every second of my exper department for about 10 years- I’ve had many ups and downs during this time period. There have been years where I have hated every second of my experience with them but I continued to use them due to laziness and I guess convenience. I’ve bought two cars from Kings ford (I always used Randy in the sales department he’s awesome!) But I have to say, the SERVICE DEPARTMENT has really stepped up their game over the last 6-12 months. Jarrod has been great with both my car and my husbands. The rest of the staff have been courteous and I feel as though my car has been serviced or fixed in a timely manner (within reason). My only complaint is the call center they use for rerouting service calls both of the people I have spoke to have been dumber than a box of rocks. Anyways, all in all- good job improving! it’s about time More
