Kings Ford replaced a brake booster on my 2018 Explorer. There was nothing wrong with the booster. The original issue was what I perceived as a loose break pedal. Have attempted to contact the service Manager. Matt Huber but to no avail. I have tried in person and over the phone. Have left voice messages. He won't return my calls and is always out of the office, gone for the day, or on a call. Here's the real kicker! I went to check my brake fluid and the booster is loose. Yes, loose. It flops around. I called to have them fix what they screwed up and said they could get me in a week from now. I said this is a potential safety issue. They don't care. I guess they have enough business to not care about cars they screw up or misdiagnose. More

I would avoid these folks at all cost, they used to be ok, I've done three car transactions with them over the past 7 years but they now are in the greedy mode and use a bait and switch to lure customers. ok, I've done three car transactions with them over the past 7 years but they now are in the greedy mode and use a bait and switch to lure customers. Example they show three ford Mavericks on their lot today, one is showing $10,000 above sticker and the other two are showing at MSRP, but when you submit a deal the vehicle that is close to identical to the one priced $10K above sticker that is listed as MSRP is said to be sold. Dealers are entitled to profit. but $10K or or 30% over MSRP is a bit much and using deceptive tactics to try to lure folks in should be illegal. Ford should eliminate all allocations to this dealer on vehicles they excessively mark up. More

We recently purchased from Kings Ford for the first time. We purchased a 2022 Edge from sales consultant, Joe Wheeler. The car was listed "in transit" live in KY almost two hours away. When I contacted Kin We purchased a 2022 Edge from sales consultant, Joe Wheeler. The car was listed "in transit" live in KY almost two hours away. When I contacted Kings Ford, Joe followed up and kept in touch with us from day one, without being pushy. He was a pleasure to work with and very patient with us 70+ year olds. I took my truck in after an oil change, due to a service light being on. They took me right away, and said it was a calibration issue. Two days later, I am traveling to West Virginia in the mountains and t light being on. They took me right away, and said it was a calibration issue. Two days later, I am traveling to West Virginia in the mountains and the same light came on plus the service exhaust filter is full. I had to schedule an appointment to Ford in Beckley and they said there was three issues found with the same calibration light. I fixed my truck there and paid them an additional amount to check the same light finding the issues Kings Ford didn't find? So I had two service check fees vs., one. I'll find a different Ford location forward. More
