I went out to test drive a Bronco Sport. The gas tank was almost empty so I couldn't go far. Next, a protection package was added to the price of my vehicle without even asking me. On top of that, I was a third time buyer at that dealership and no incentive given for being a loyal customer. I went back out to have something done to my new vehicle and was given a loaner. Again, with no gas. A good sales rep would have put gas in the vehicle. I will never shop here again. More

I went to Kings Ford to look at a specific Explorer. I spoke with Steve P on the phone and when I arrived he had the one I wanted along with another one (different trim package) ready to test drive!
