experience from other dealership kings represents royal. every time I buy a car from kings I get the royal treatment. I had an app but my salesman kept going back and forth with another customer. he turned the computer toward me to do my own looking while he went to wait on someone else. he didn't try to sell me anything in fact I got the feeling he was glad when I left so he could wait on someone else. I called and complain to manager he didn't even ask was there anything they could do to win my business. that's when I told him that's why I go to kings. my salesman leonard harris was great. he went over and beyond to make things happen. I was disappointed though to find out you discontinued the lifetime oil changes. its an incentive to come back. in the past I have gone in for a oil change and walked out with a new car. hope you will bring that back. but over all the service is great. kings is not close to me but its worth the drive to get treated like royalty.
