Oil Change- tire rolation and computer updates I scheduled the appointment a week out and asked how long would it take. (Maybe an hour at most, stated Scott). I arrived 5 min before my appointme I scheduled the appointment a week out and asked how long would it take. (Maybe an hour at most, stated Scott). I arrived 5 min before my appointment time and Scott went thru my paperwork and said it should be under 90 min… 120 min later he says we need to do 3 computer updates, which should only take and 15 min and place a plug in your tire. THREE hours later I addressed Scott and asked how much longer and he said, I am working on your paperwork now…. If a Jeep with less than 10,000 miles needs 3+ hours of work done on it (Oh by the way the first service on the Jeep) How long will the next visit take? More
