Had oil change and although minor was very impressed with Craig B and rest of service staff. Rotated my tires and updated recall. These guys will have you waiting weeks, if not months, for service. Their service dept doesn’t speak to the parts dept. The GM needs to focus on SERVICE and COMMUNICATION. Find another dealer that has a concern for customer service and customer satisfaction, because these guys don’t give a crap about you. More
They lost out on a $50k car....went in wanting to build a 2021 Challenger Scat Pack. They guy would not even price one out for me because he said it would take 6-8 months. Called Zimmer in Florence. Ordered on the 20th of May, car was built and delivered on the 4th of June, drove it home on June 5th. On top of that, Kings gave me wrong info on manufacture rebates. Horrible service, your loss Kings. Go somewhere else that starts with a Z if you are looking for a Dodge. More
