Chrysler failed to correct their fault, when notified so I was very cautious in going to another dealership. However, Kings Dodge done things right, and Caitlyn paid attention and took care of my concerns. I was very pleased with Kings Dodge Service. The Service Department is where you earn the customers trust and loyalty. Caitlyn should be commended for her greeting, contact and follow through on what she said she would do. More

Not only did they very quickly change my oil and rotate my tires, but they informed me of discounts I I was very impressed by the service department. Dealerships make it almost an unbearable experience!! I will have to say that in the finance room (I do apologize but I cannot remember his name but believe is was Annish) the bullying was too much. He was extremely high pressure when trying to shove the extra warranty purchase at us. With each no he became more and more angry and tried every tactic to force us into a purchase. Had we not already been into this purchase several hours I would have left but at that point it becomes a survivor mode and you are just trying to finish the purchase so you can just end the experience. Part of our purchase was the agreement that you would install a remote start. That was also an unpleasant experience. It wasn't until I told them that if you dealership did not honor what was on the contract that it would be considered a voided contract and you could have the truck back. Well low and behold the part magically became available (although honestly while I do have remote start I have no way of knowing if it's the mopar I was promised) but that's not the end of that. Gary called with my appointment day and time and about an hour into waiting they came out and stated the part wasn't there. Next appointment cancelled by them. Called several times and finally got another appointment only to have that one changed as well. Finally had to drop the truck off and be given Gary's demo to drive home. Never received a call the next day to pick up the truck so I called to be told it wasn't ready but could picked up tomorrow. Well that cost my husband overtime and I had to find coverage for a camp to go that day to pick it up. They offered a sorry and nothing else to compensate for our time or inconvenience. Gary said he would fill my truck up but I had a full tank so he said well you should have just drove it around to empty the tank. Once again a bad experience buying a vehicle. Love owning a new vehicle but hate, hate, hate having to deal with dealerships and the crappy buying experience. More
