Oil Change Redo - Great Turnaround I came in for a service appointment; the issue was with a prior oil change. The cap on the engine to the oil compartment was left off. I spoke with Sc I came in for a service appointment; the issue was with a prior oil change. The cap on the engine to the oil compartment was left off. I spoke with Scott Maddy and worked with me to correct the issue. My main concern was in regards to potential contaminants in the oil and moisture in the engine – Scott was very friendly and understanding of the situation. He approved me for a free redo on the oil change and offered to have my engine compartment cleaned up. Even though I had to come back to the dealership, the situation was turned around in a quick and professional manner. I believe Scott Maddy did a great job of representing the Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep’s Service department; thank you Scott! More
my Jeep needed a repair estimate following a collision . when tested at home, the code came up-turbo underboost . we decided to take it to the dealership for evaluation; we assumed that the turbo was dam . when tested at home, the code came up-turbo underboost . we decided to take it to the dealership for evaluation; we assumed that the turbo was damaged during the collision. the dealership said we needed a $4.3K repair. another shop provided a second opinion. it was discovered that the inter-cooler plastic tank had a crack and that the turbo cannot be evaluated until this part is replaced. The repair cost for this part is much lower and it is possible that the turbo was not damaged at all. We believe that the dealership should not have missed the damage to the inter-cooler system. More

He got me exactly what I wanted, for the price I wanted, and then took the time to go over all the different "buttons" on vehicle. I absolutely love my Jeep Grand Cherokee and will only do business with Kings in the future! More
