The way buying a car should be! I have bought from Kings Dodge in the past....and will continue in the future. The salesman, Gary Warman, greeted me as soon as I got there. Sat with finance...car detailed...and on my way very quickly with my 2017 Scat Pack Hemi Challenger! I am as satisfied with the car as I am with the service....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to purchase a vehicle....would do it again tomorrow! More

The four people I interacted with were excellent and appeared to be following company policy. I was annoyed by the policies, not the people. First issue: We came in based on an Internet listing for this car. That listing did not include a note about damage to three body panels that I noticed immediately as I was walking up to the car. There's no way that the person posting the listing could have been unaware of the scrapes that I noticed from 20 feet away. I think a business that cares about their customers should make the effort to inform them fully about the condition of a car before they make a long drive to the dealership. Second issue: After agreeing on a price and having the "deal handshake", I was presented with paperwork that had our agreed-upon price plus $250 for "document fees", with the explanation that these are charged for every car. If this fee is applied to every sale, then it is a clearly deceptive practice to not include that up front in the price I agreed to with the salesman. Any fee that applies to every item sold is part of your overhead. It's fine for you to charge that fee, but don't tell me about it after I've agreed to a different price. I almost walked away at that point. Third issue: I didn't walk away because I was at least convinced that document processing is a significant effort and I appreciated the salesman's manner. But then I went through the document signing process and found that it was a thinly veiled effort to keep me around another 20 minutes so I could be subjected to an effort to sell me several maintenance contracts. So I was paying for the privilege of being pitched more expense. Obviously the experience wasn't bad enough that you lost the sale, so I suppose you can call it a win. But you've certainly lost my return business and referrals. The main reason I didn't walk away was that I'm pretty sure Derrick was just following policy and I didn't want him to lose a sale over a poor business practices that he couldn't control. More

We had to return to the dealership (45 minutes away) and was told a new part would have to be ordered and it would take 3-5 days. 3 weeks later WE followed-up and was told the part had been delivered, but no one from the dealership called us. So, we drove another 45 minutes to the dealership for installation, waited 1.5 hours, and then were told the replacement part was defective as well. 3 weeks waiting and 3 hours wasted driving to and from dealership, 1.5 hours wasted sitting at the dealership and the headlight on my BRAND NEW Pacifica still isn't fixed. Kaitlyn has been good to work with, but the whole experience has made me regret my decision to purchase a Chrysler. More

I love my car car but the lying, manipulation and unprofessionalism at this specific service shop is completely unacceptable. I took my car in this time due to the car not starting....after having $1200 worth of work done just 6 weeks prior...they changed out the battery cables, as they had apparently been "tampered with". I was told the car was finished and made arrangements to pick it up and plans for that evening and 2 hours later told it wasn't finished and it was an electrical issue that they were unsure of and had no idea of cost or how long the car would be unavailable. After two separate conversations about a loaner I was given two separate prices...funny? I refused to pay when apparently there was no set price apparently with so many questions in the air....the loaner could potentially cost $300????? When given the loaner, it had expired tags! A car dealership offering out cars with expired tags?!?!? Third time to the shop in 4 days! I ended up picking up another loaner to find out no one was working on my car and wouldn't until Monday. WhIle picking up that loaner, service professional, Craig Ditmer, said just get her a car and get her out of here. I received a call Monday afternoon that my car was ready and there would be the initial cost charged...no explanation . When reviewing the papaerwork there was nothing stated about the issue??? The service person managing my account wasn't available to chat when I picked up my car...shocker!!!! I hope I never have to step foot in that place again! Hoping to trade in for a Ford or Chevy to stop the madness...to think I trust these people with my car that I transport my family in!!!! More

I was told before my visit the car had 7,000 miles but upon arrival found out it was over 10,000 miles so better updates could be used. Their selection of cars was amazing and each person had great experience in their field. Have already recommended to friends looking for cars. Hope to come back again when looking for another!
