He didn't try to upsell us or push us to buy something we weren't interested in, besides the normal "well, have you compared this model with any other cars, and have you looked at any other packages that come on this car..." Don was VERY well-informed and was willing to answer any and all questions we had no matter how big or small. He was very friendly, very respectful, and not one bit distracted from helping us. He treated us with the greatest customer service I've ever experienced in a dealership. I also just recently just went back to trade in my car for a Dart. I asked for Don again, but he was out for a bit, so I waited for him. He returned shortly and, again, treated me with excellent service and knowledge. I riddled him with questions about the Dart since they were so new, but he had an answer for about 99% of them, and if he didn't know an answer right off hand he would go research it or ask his manager...he didn't try to bluff his way into making my buy something I didn't want or know about. I would reccomend Kings CJD to anyone and everyone. They really do go above and beyond to make you feel not only like a respected customer, but family as well. More
I purchased 2 vehicles from dealer in Oct. 2012, a Ram 1500 and a Chrysler 200. Purchased both vehicles in a package deal. I originally went in looking for a truck to tow a camper and stated to the sale 1500 and a Chrysler 200. Purchased both vehicles in a package deal. I originally went in looking for a truck to tow a camper and stated to the salesman( L. Harris) that it needed to be able to tow 8,000 pounds. Looked a variety of trucks and settled on a quad cab ram 1500. Due to the company having large rebates on 2012 vehicles my wife and I also purchased a Chrysler 200. We traded in 2 of our vehicles for a trade in value of $5,000 each for a total of $10,000, and wrote 2 checks, 1 for $25,000 and 1 for 10,558.50 bring the total cost of the deal, with rebates, to $45,558.50. In early Jan. 2013 I discovered that the Ram 1500 will only tow 6050 pounds, not the 8000 pounds that the salesman said. I have tried to work out an agreement with the dealership that I believe is fair. I would never have purchased both cars if I had known that I needed to spend more for a “better truck”. Offer #1 from the dealer is to return both cars which are now “used” and receive $1586 off of the $35,860 sticker of a new truck and they will give me a check for $6466. $35,860 - $1586 = $34,274 for the truck. Then add the $6466 check from the dealer brings the total to $40740. If I then subtract the $40740 price from my original investment of $45,558.50 it appears that I am “only” losing $4818.50. This is false since I have spoke to 2 other dealers in the area and they are willing to sell the same vehicle for $8,000 off the sticker. Offer #2 from the dealer is to return the Ram 1500 truck and they will pay me $19,000 for a truck I paid $23,738 for, a loss of $4,738. Dealer is not willing to work out a reasonable solution to a problem they created. More
We had a great experience buying our new car. I usually hate going to car dealerships, but we were surprised at how friendly they were. Our salesman was not pushy and treated us very respectfully. We had to haggle a little bit to get a good price for our trade-in, but it wasn't too bad. We ended up getting a car we love and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new car. More
We had HORRIBLE service at the Mazda dealer next door so we decided to give Dodge a look. The reason we bought this car (2012 Dodge Journey) was because of the customer service. I had my new Dodge Journey serviced for its 1st oil change and they were exemplary. It happened to be a really busy day for them at the shop but they took me right in and my car was ready earlier than change and they were exemplary. I was in the market for a new car and this dealership was just great to work with. They were very patient and listened to all my concerns and helped me end up with just what I was looking for. I love driving it and am very proud to be driving it as I think it is a wonderful car that stands out in a crowd. I would definitely recommend the Journey to anyone who really loves to drive and wants a distinctive vehicle. The purchasing process was nearly painless and a snap to complete. I just got back from my first vacation/road trip and it performed perfectly. And I cannot say enough about the keyless entry and start function! I am already hooked! More
