Job completed successfuly. Had a 9:15am appointment, arrived at approximately 8:50, Brad Jenkins signed me in, both sides of the Service Department pull-in area were full. After signing in, Brad said he'd get someone working on it. This trip was to replace my trunk latch. I was going down into Kentucky this past weekend and wanted to get the latch fixed in case of possible tire trouble, no spare if you have no access to the trunk. At about 9::25am Brad said I was ready to go. Very fast service which I appreciated very much. On recent shop tickets this name has appeared - Jesse Mattson. If he was completing the repair work, he did a great job. A week prior to this visit, I had a 'Recall" completed, his name was on that ticket, too. Also great job. More

New Grand Cherokee - fix settings 2017 New Grand Cherokee - 2 setting in the User Preference area was not working correctly. Delay Engine Turnoff and Back-Up Braking. Able to fix Bac 2017 New Grand Cherokee - 2 setting in the User Preference area was not working correctly. Delay Engine Turnoff and Back-Up Braking. Able to fix Back-Up Braking (have not tried to use yet so hopefully it is fixed), but the Delay Engine Switch was not fixed. Technician said he was not able to delay or turnoff Engine Turnoff when stopped. Engine turns off immediately when at stop. I would not have purchased car if I knew the delay switch did not work correctly. Not happy that this cannot be fixed as it was a big selling pitch for the car. More

He called me to update me I recently purchased a car from Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Paul was my sales person and he was professional and courteous. He called me to update me after our initial meeting to find a car for me. I did not feel pressured or like the dealership was playing a game with me. I also worked with Don Richards to order leather seat covers for my car. He was patient and courteous even when I had to bring my two small kids with me on one occasion to meet with him. He went out of his way to help me order the covers to match my car. Chanel helped check my car in and out during the service process and she was always nice and greeted me the minute I walked in the door. More

Michael was professional and courteous. I had gone to another Jeep dealership in the local area and was jerked around for 4 days in regards to a monthly payment I could afford. Finally they I had gone to another Jeep dealership in the local area and was jerked around for 4 days in regards to a monthly payment I could afford. Finally they said they could do it. I got there to sign the papers and the Jeep I wanted wasn't on the lot...it was a completely different Jeep. I left there with my down payment in my purse and stopped at Kings Auto Mall spoke with Michael Hartman told him exactly what I liked and how much I had down and much to my surprise I left there with my new Jeep Wrangler. Michael was kind and professional. I didn't feel jerked around at all in fact it was an overall excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
