Much to our surprise, we just happened to park near a used (2014) van that was exactly what we had in mind - right down to the color!. Rob Haas was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He compared the possible purchase of the 2014 van with that of the 2015 model, even showing us the exact same vehicle on the lot and in the showroom. There was absolutely no pressure placed on us to influence our decision. Rob was very considerate, polite and understanding by allowing us time alone to discuss our thoughts. He was likewise very helpful when we told him of our decision (2014) and he made certain the vehicle was ready on time. We will most certainly recommend Rob to others - he knows his stuff!
