He offered for us to drive several models and we just were not sure at the time what we wanted. We liked his laid back NON Pushy format and told him we would think about it and shop around some more and get back to him. One day a few weeks later we stopped at another dealership and were a little frustrated to the sales person as I had to ask the same question several times before I would get a straight answer and there were some other issues (or games) we also had that I will skip over to not make this too long. Long story short - we went back to Calvin and were able to get what we wanted. He was always pleasant and very humble and thankful for the business. He is one of the hardest working people there. He is hungry for the business and works hard. I wish him well as we believe he will do very well with his straight forward, non pushy, approach. He truly seemed to care to find us exactly what we were looking for, unlike other dealerships that just wanted the sale as soon as possible and thats all they cared about, not that we would be happy or not. When you are spending that kind of money you want to feel good that you are making the right decision and not be rushed into it. Sticky Situation In November of 2014, my car was completely totaled. In a panic, I went to some small car lot and quickly picked something and got completely SCREWED - In November of 2014, my car was completely totaled. In a panic, I went to some small car lot and quickly picked something and got completely SCREWED - a 2002 Nissan for almost $7,000! It didn't take long before my new car was seriously unsatisfastory - the gas milage was low, and it was overall uncomfortable to be squeezed in for someone like me, who takes multiple extended trips (an hour or more). I went in to Kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge in a pickle, since I still owed money on this Nissan. Don Pelfrey (god bless him) worked all of his magic. In just a few hours, he found me a car that fit ALL of my needs - A 2010 Dodge Avenger, low miles, super roomy, and excellent gas milage! After some number crunching from the fabulous Leisa, they got me a payment that I could afford no problem and a warranty that seemed like it was custom made for me! Traded in my Mercedes for a Jeep It had been a while since I owned an American car - the last three brands have been Mercedes, Range Rover, and BMW. Needless to say I was a skeptical It had been a while since I owned an American car - the last three brands have been Mercedes, Range Rover, and BMW. Needless to say I was a skeptical walking into the King's Jeep Dealer and getting the level of service and product I had become accustomed to. Gary Warman and John Gholz met me at the door. The approach was low pressure with a deep technical knowledge and passion about their product. They took on my pace and I was amazed at how far the Jeep had come. I run a US based technology sales team so I had done my research, I was prepared, and this team impressed me. I was trading in a Mercedes that I owned and that process too went very smooth. They offered a fair price and the whole deal came together quite fast. Once the negotiations were done it was off to the part most of us dislike - the finance room. I was introduced to Leisa. She was extremely competent, low pressure, and very funny with her dry sense of humor - again making the process smooth. Most importantly she was quick, efficient, and very thorough in her explaining of all the options and papers. It's been two weeks since the deal and I love, love, love the Jeep Gand Cherokee. My kicks are requisitions we drive in it over our Range Rover. Plenty of room, plenty of luxury, and all the cool feature and plugs a kid could love. I would highly recommend working with this team. Not often I take the time to write a review - but the experience was worth repeating. More

The second car that we bought from Rob was a 2012 Chrysler 200S with 3 miles on it. It is by far the nicest car I have ever owned, and three years later I still love it and it looks great. My point though, is how Rob helped me figure out that this was the best car for me. I had no intention of buying a car the day my wife and I went car-shopping at Kings. It was Rob's day off, but he was there finishing up some paperwork from the previous day. We had purchased a minivan from him the year before, and he was very helpful then. He left his paperwork and then took us around the lot, showing cars to us but more importantly listening to why we were looking for cars and what we needed the car to do for us. We went on a three test drives, and the third one was a big hit. The 3rd test drive started with "You know, I know you said you didn't want a smaller sedan, but based on what you're telling me, I think you should take this one for a test drive." After the test drive he read our faces, and he volunteered for us to take the car, drive it the rest of the day, and just bring it back that evening. When I returned unannounced, Rob was still there (on his day off). I said I loved it, I wanted it, and because the incentives were ending soon and I was leaving the next day for a 10-day business trip, Rob and the entire sales team scrambled and we closed the deal yet that evening, even getting the bank loan closed with an extra 0.5% off the interest rate.
