Very Frustrating We purchased a Pro Master van.. We worked with two salesmen who were of no help. One was too busy and was in a hurry to get out on vacation, the sec We purchased a Pro Master van.. We worked with two salesmen who were of no help. One was too busy and was in a hurry to get out on vacation, the second one would never call us back. At the moment I cannot recall their names. I went to another dealership to try and buy the Promaster Van and was told Kings was the only dealership that could sell it to us in the Cincinnati area. I was put in touch with Jeff Carmichael, assistant sales manager, who put me in touch with Lennard Harris. Lennard is extremely professional. We put a deposit on a 2015 Promaster van on April 12th 2015 and were informed to not be in a hurry as it could take up to 8 weeks to receive the van. A few days after we signed the agreement we were called and told the van would not be a 2015 but it would be a 2016 model. It was to be the same price but no discussion of changes to what was ordered or when it would be delivered. The van was finally delivered August 4th 2015 almost four mounths after putting a deposit on the van. When it was apparent the van was not being produced, we started asking questions of the dealership. No one could tell us what the hold up was and indicated it was the Chrysler Corporation that was in control and they could not get anyone to tell them why. I called the customer complaint area of the Chrysler Corportation and spoke to a Liam. He came back and said there was nothing he could do. Based on information from his department, the 2015 van should never have been sold after March 2015. According to the dealership and Jeff Carmichael, Chrysler Corporation allowed for the order to be placed through their online system and said it was Chryslers fault. In addition to Jeff Carmichael, we worked with Mark Pittman who we were told is the general manager. He could only tell us where the van was in production but could not tell us when it would come in. We noted to Mr Pittman that it was very frustrating that we could not get the van in a timely fashion and no one seemed to know what the issue was and no one could have an impact on expiditing the delivery. We also shared with Mr Pittman that all the literature indicated swivel seats were available but were told Chrysler would not let Mr Harris order them. Mr Pittman did find out he could eventually get the swivel seats but the van would be pushed back in production and it would be an even longer wait of approximately 3 weeks. When it was asked if there was anything that Kings or Chrysler was willing to do to make up for all the delay. We were told there was nothing that could be done beyond maybe another $1,000 off the price of the van which we learned later the $1,000 was part of a standard program Chrysler had. What seemed like a cat and mouse game between Chrysler corporation and the Kings CJD dealership was not very comforting. There were no corporate officers available to speak with, either on the Chrysler corporation side or the Kings CJD side to expidite or make the sales process go more smoothly. It was a very frustrating experience with no concern how the customer felt or any attempt to make the transaction right. The one bright spot in the whole transaction was the professionalism of Mr. Leonard Harris. The only reason I would recommend this dealership would be because of the professionalism of Mr Leonard Harris. More

The speed, friendliness and efficiency for Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep was one of the best that we have had. We have dealt with several other Kings Mall dealerships and are all good, but so far, this one with KDCJ and Rich was a step above. We've had our car (2003 Saturn Vue) for about a month and has been a wonderful vehicle. More

Great service! I test drove a Jeep renegade , loved it. I then went home. My work schedule is hectic, so I had no good days to come in for a week. All through the week he texted me and kept me updated, helping me get the best I could. He also got the car with the interior I wanted delivered. I was able to get my loan set up and everything without ever going back to the dealership. Came in, signed and left. Best experience I've ever had More
