I got exactly the vehicle and features I wanted, without having to purchase any extras. I got a great price that I was happy about. Everyone involved was friendly. In my opinions, dealerships should try to make customers for life. My previous experiences elsewhere have been one-and-done. I have never owned a Chrysler product before, but I look forward to returning to this dealership the next time I need to shop for a vehicle. More

Kings Jeep I absolutely love Jeep, but I will never buy from this facility again. The service department is always rude, especially on the oil change side. When I bought my jeep I was told they would hook up the UConnect the next day, turns out the car isn't even equipped with that option and I was then told it would be $2,000 to install it. I come from a large family of Jeep buyers and we will never use this facility again. More
No such thing as EXPRESS Oil Change!!!!!! I came in for an EXPRESS oil change. It is not "express" when you are told it is an hour and a half to a two hour wait and have to leave and come bac I came in for an EXPRESS oil change. It is not "express" when you are told it is an hour and a half to a two hour wait and have to leave and come back another day! I don't appreciate being told that I need to come on a particular day at a particular time to take advantage of the express line. It doesn't make getting free oil changes worth very much when I can't come in at MY convenience. If you can't keep up with the number of cars coming in then stop advertising express oil changes. More

good service, not sure of oil change interval When I purchased my van I was told oil change interval was 6,000 miles and that was what my windshield sticker indicated. When I called for service When I purchased my van I was told oil change interval was 6,000 miles and that was what my windshield sticker indicated. When I called for service I was told 9,000 miles, but I scheduled anyway and didn't mention it when I checked in. Nothing was said and I received my free oil change. However my windshield sticker indicates now 8,000 miles. Go figure! I didn't know what to expect when checking in so I was on the defensive and I didn't think the associate was as friendly as I thought he should be but in the end I found he was just great and I had no issues. By the way, Donnie was my salesman when I purchased my van and he was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with. I have owned about 50 cars so I have a lot of experience in dealing with car salesman. Jerry Rathmann More
