didnt fix my two problems! I brought my jeep in for two iiss Didn't fix either of the two problems I brought it in for. I checked both before I left and neither worked. I will pay my mechanic to fix both. I own a Chevy Tahoe and the experience at Columbia is completely different. You set an appointment and they know exactly what you are there for. I did that with Kings and it was like no one knew who I was and had to put all the info in again. I was given a loaner car that was filthy and smelled horible and tennis shoes left in the back! More

Leased jeep Cherokee, financial officer was horrible Calvin was a great salesman. He worked very hard to find the car we wanted. Once he found the car, he had it delivered to the dealership. We arrived at 5:45. Did not see the financial person, Mr. Chaudry until 8PM!!! Ridiculous waste of our time. We were also turning a lease. Unfortunately, paperwork was turned in too late that night so we came back the next day to pick up the car. mr Chaudry only made excuses and blamed the delay on everyone but himself. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Calvin was very apologetic. Rick, the manager was very apologetic and tried to be as helpful as possible. Very much appreciated. Would have been nice to have gotten at least a free keychain or something for our trouble. We love the car so far, unfortunately, the experience with the finance dept could have been MUCH better. More

Car Buying experience My fiance had spoke with Gary our salesman through the week. He immediately let us know that he could find something we were looking for. We made an appointment for 9/5/15 at 10:30 am we walked right in and started looking at the trucks we came in to see. Gary was very helpful, he showed us 4 or 5 different trucks that he thought would fit our wants. Everything went very smooth. He didn't talk down to us or speak to us like we were clueless of the car buying experience. My fiance and I were very satisfied with how everything went. Going in there we didn't feel pressured to buy anything that we were not completely happy with. and Gary did not say "look i will find something but you have to buy" like I have other places. He found us a great vehicle and we are so happy with it. Our first Dodge Ram. And I would say in the future I will definetly go back to Kings Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge to purchase a vehicle for myself in the future again. More

Our salesperson Jordan was cool, calm, collected and very helpful. My credit is not the greatest and he didn't shy away from me at all and even gave me some advice on how to help it! He showed me the CarFax and explained it in detail, he went through my new (used) Jeep's service records and assured me this vehicle was in great condition. When it came to financing, Ron did everything he could to get me the best deal...and he did! Even with my less-than-awesome credit he was able to get me a decent rate with a credit union, and a warranty! The only part about buying this car that was a pain, was the waiting..but that's to be expected any time you have to finance with less than stellar credit. I would recommend anybody buying a new or used car from these guys. I had a great experience and hopefully we'll be back in about a year to get my husband a truck! Thanks for your hard work guys!
