Amazing, Fast, Professional and took care of my issues on on They went beyond what I expected. They fixed my issue and even went thru the vehicle and applied updates and tested everything out. Keeping My Van in Good Condition I have used your service ever since I purchased my 2008 Van new from you. I get all my repair and service work done by your service department. He has never failed to meet my needs. This particular service visit was for a strange set of conditions. My AC was only working in the passenger side with hot air for the driver. also had a starting problem. Everything was correctly diagnosed and fixed promptly. I couldn't ask for better service. More
Friendly people--poor service as issue wasnt corrected I took the car in for a recall and told Craig in the service department that 3 times in the last few months the car would all of a sudden stop whi I took the car in for a recall and told Craig in the service department that 3 times in the last few months the car would all of a sudden stop while driving and the different indicator lights would come up. (Obviously this is a very dangerous situation. Once it happened when my wife was driving down interstate 71.) In the manual it said to check to make sure the gas cap was tightened which we did and the car started---the check engine light stayed on for a long period of time. Craig said that the error probably wasn't related to the gas cap being tight. I agreed as we made sure we tightened the cap after each fill up. Also the car is a little over 2 years old and we didn't have the problem until recently. Craig called me on Friday the 21st that the service was completed and the issue with the car shutting down was resolved via a software update. (I am surprised that there hasn't been a recall for this dangerous issue) I picked up the car Saturday afternoon --went home about 7 miles. About half hour after I was home I took the car out and same exact problem occurred-not good when the car stops working. I immediately called Kings Chrysler and said I was coming back in. When I got there gentleman was friendly-took my info and gave me a loaner. Today, Craig called and said would need to keep the car a few days. Not sure why the problem wasn't fixed the first time. Hopefully will be when we get it back. The more i think about it is do I have a bad transmission. If so I would hope that I will get a brand new one and not a rebuilt one. Safety is at issue. I rated no on recommendation as the problem wasn't resolved the first time and taking the car back and getting loaner, going back etc caused be lost time. More
Very efficient and friendly I had called around to many other Jeep dealerships in the area and this was the only one who was able to get my car in the same day, allow me to have I had called around to many other Jeep dealerships in the area and this was the only one who was able to get my car in the same day, allow me to have a rental car, and guaranteed service in a timely fashion. They also updated a recall on my vehicle that I did not specifically ask to be completed. I really appreciate the help and friendly staff. More
Zero customer service culture Mark the general manager doesn't seem to instill any value of customer service. My wife was rented a dealership car while her 2014 fully optioned, town and country was having warranty work done. The rental care was disgusting. Food scraps on the floor, stains on all four seats and smelled like smoke. When my wife called me to vent, I called Mark the g.m. to ask for a an enterprise rental as allowed in my extended warranty. He said "it is close to 5 o'clock and I have other things to do" The next day when my wife's van was delivered by our service adviser, Greg, I was told it was her fault for accepting the rental. I responded by asking if it was his responsibility to deliver a clean car. Greg then pointed the blame at the people who provide the rental vehicle. Saying they shouldn't rent cars with light-colored interiors. NO ONE at this dealership seems to take ownership of the customer experience!! I'd upload the video of the rental vehicle if able. More
Oil Change I took my car to Kings Dodge for an oil change. My car was worked on promptly. There is a nice waiting area with a TV to pass the time.
