Marvin takes care of his customers. I recently bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 Certified Used Car and was waiting for a second key. They were on backorder for a long time and when it finally I recently bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 Certified Used Car and was waiting for a second key. They were on backorder for a long time and when it finally came in I set up an appointment to have it programed and cut. Marvin not only took care of the key but noticed another service was due on the car and took care of that at the same time. Great service!!! More
Time consuming I needed a tire sensor and a new door handle. Angie Vencill was awesome! She worked with me, kept me informed, and went out of her way to satisfy me. HOWEVER, it took 2 days to fix the door handle AND once it was fixed......it almost fell off when my husband tried to get out of the car because the handle wasn't screwed in properly! We had to take it back (extra trip) to get this fixed! There is no way this should have happened! This is their JOB! They need to do it properly and with excellence .......OR why go to the dealer to begin with!!!!!!! By the way - Chanel Elam is worthless!!! Angie handled everything! More

Sirius radio/Frozen Touchscreen Radio/Air Control I was told that I would have 3 months of free sirius radio, however sirius radio wasn't even available on my car, not could it be installed. Needless I was told that I would have 3 months of free sirius radio, however sirius radio wasn't even available on my car, not could it be installed. Needless to say, they have not made many attempt to accommodate me or rectify the situation. My touchscreen radio/air control went out after a week of having the car. It took another entire week before they could get me in to fix it. Very frustrated about not being able to change air. More

Look what I found My wife and I were searching for a used car for our 16 year old daughter. Our budget was $ 4500 to $6000, On a rainy Saturday, we found ourselves at My wife and I were searching for a used car for our 16 year old daughter. Our budget was $ 4500 to $6000, On a rainy Saturday, we found ourselves at King's Auto Mall slowly driving up and down rows of cars with not much inventory in our price range. We found a 2003 Acura TL on Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep which was recently reduced to $ 5500. As we were parking the car to go to request a test drive, we saw a beautiful 2006 BMW 330i marked down from $ 10,500 to $ 8460. We went in and met Sherry who was an excellent salesperson. We drove the BMW first just around the block and then drove the Acura for a long spin on the highway. Common sense said we should go with the Acura but we decided that the BMW was such a great find that we would start the negotiation. Googling the Kelley Blue Book on the phone, we saw the value at $10,900. I knew Kings DCJ would not move much because they had reduced the price that weekend but we got another $500 off and suddenly we were the new owners of a gorgeous black BMW car. The negotiation was professional and friendly. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. We will receive free oil changes for our car as well. I am a new Kings Dodge Chrylser Jeep Fan. More
