Dishonest I have had negative experiences with kings jeep dodge ever since I owned a Dodge Ram. Recently I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler (less than a year just hi I have had negative experiences with kings jeep dodge ever since I owned a Dodge Ram. Recently I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler (less than a year just hit 10k miles). When I went in for my oil change and 5 tire rotation, I was told there would be a loaner car waiting on me. It wasn't. I waited over 20 minutes. I had to leave and drop my jeep off about an hour later. I asked if this would delay the time I could pick it up. They said no. I didn't leave until 1 1/2 hours after they said it would be done. I mentioned 3 times on the phone, and 2 in person I wanted a 5 tire rotation. Yes sir. When I got it back, the spare wasn't even touched. I went somewhere else for a rotation and my alignment was off. For a less than a year old vehicle it shouldn't be. Asked if it was covered under warranty. They said "no." Contacted another jeep dealer and they said 12 months or 12k miles it is. Lost all faith in kings jeep service center. The salesman (who no longer works there, and the finance lady I dealt with were/are OUTSTANDING! (Leisa Suedbeck). More

Excellant Purchased a new 2014 Jeep Patriot in December 2013 from Leonard Harris. I called before I traveled 1 hour and 20 minutes away to make sure the car was in their inventory. Gary was wonderful. He didn't treat me different or stupid because I am a woman. Gary answered all my questions over the phone without hesitation. I got to the dealership the car was sitting there ready for a test drive. During negations he was very knowledgeable and wanted the business for sure. He got the deal done for me with both of us compromising. Leisa is the bomb. I was so worried about the financing but she assured me things would be fine. She was right. Her experience and customer service is off the charts. I didn't have to do a thing but enjoy my new car. My loan, insurance, tags, and return appointment was taken care of. Literally, I had to do nothing. She was perfect. Both Gary and Leisa were such a pleasure to work with. Neither were pushy and both knew what they were talking about. Most of all, treated me with the utmost respect. I would definitely make the drive again and recommend that you too make the trip!
