BUTTTT, if you should need assistance AFTER trading a vehicle, refund request on bogus extended warranty, DO NOT expect the same respect. I had a deal with a salesman prior to going on vacation, and he passed me off to a very incompetent Salesman. The "I" and "T" just needed to be crossed. But before the deal was finalized, I asked one last question, he did not care to answer, his response was "I am not even gonna waste my time, running anymore numbers, this is what it is." Mind you, this deal was done before my salesman left for vacation, all he had to do is submit loan info and I would pick up my new Jeep, drop of my trade. He dropped the ball. Soooo, I went to another dealership, and I purchased another Jeep. I still had an extended warranty on my trade. The dealership I purchased the Jeep from, called, LVM with KINGS to help me request a refunded. 2 weeks later we have attempted to contact them 8 times. Even texted my original salesman, said he'd pass it along to the Finance Manager. TODAY still no communication. I am so disappointed. I am wondering, actually, did I even have an extended warranty, or did they just charge me, that is why they are not contacting me. Next step, on my part, LOCAL NEWS. This was just recent...so I know you have my information, and I will be expecting a call, prefer email. More
I have purchased many new cars over my life, and this has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, I have had to make so many calls about them not paying my pay off on my trade in its be to be the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, I have had to make so many calls about them not paying my pay off on my trade in its been totally unacceptable. I'm at over 2 months now since I purchased a new jeep and the latest problems was the check they sent to pay off my loan on my trade in was send back to the bank because the check was returned for nonpayment (bounced) I still cannot register the new vehicle since they will not send me the title work. Trying to get any help has been a total waste of time STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was fantastic as always and I was in and out of there in a half an hour or so. Very happy with the car service and the customer service. Normally, I really haven't had many issues dealing with this dealership, but yesterday was dumbfounding. I had a check engine light on that I wanted checked and also had a lingering rattle I could hear out this dealership, but yesterday was dumbfounding. I had a check engine light on that I wanted checked and also had a lingering rattle I could hear outside my car while driving. Prior, I had them check for this rattle and was told they couldn't hear anything which drove me crazy that I could hear it, but they "couldn't". So my check engine light was regarding my thermostat that they wanted $431 to do. Note: I did my own research and the part itself is less than $30, plus antifreeze and I understand labor but it would have taken less than a hour to do but not for $431. When I asked CRAIG, multiple questions regarding the oil cooler leak and "service shifter" light, I kept getting his response of "I don't have an answer for that, I'm not the mechanic"... not once, not twice, but multiple times this was said!! If you can't answer my questions, then why are you in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT?! Next time, just give me the mechanic directly. Craig gets one star from me and not be getting my business again. More
