DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! !!! I have brought my 2021 Escalade there 5 times for the same issue (service safety restraint) and every time I get it back the light comes back on. !!! I have brought my 2021 Escalade there 5 times for the same issue (service safety restraint) and every time I get it back the light comes back on. This is a safety issue that is VERY concerning and they can't even figure it out. Every time I call back they try to schedule me a month out for an issue that they do not even know how to fix. To add fuel to the fire the last time I brought my car in for service they told me they would have a loaner for me. When I got there they didn't have a loaner, I had to wait around for over an hour and get a rental from enterprise. I was told they would pay for the rental, that never happened. I had to pay for the rental and was told I would be refunded in a few days, after speaking with the service advisor 2 days ago he informed me that it will now take 60 days to get reimbursed. ZERO STARS! More
Brought my 2013 Escalade in to have a new motor mount installed, a 3 hour job. When calling next day to pick it up, it turned out that as they were doing motor mount, they accidentally put a hole into th installed, a 3 hour job. When calling next day to pick it up, it turned out that as they were doing motor mount, they accidentally put a hole into the oil pan. That now needed a replacement. No loaner vehicle was offered. Picked up car in two more days and they tried to charge me for new oil pan and oil, which they did rescind. They were also supposed to wash my vehicle while it was there and it was never done. End result, three days without a vehicle for a three hour job. Also, when I got home, found mud flap on front right of vehicle where work was performed half off,but I fixed that myself. I won’t be running back to this dealer anytime soon. More
I AM NOT HERE TO GIVE THE DEALER A BAD REVIEW BUT ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS SINCE I AM TRYING TO GET A RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT HOPEFULLY ONE THE SUPERVISOR WILL SEE THIS AND HELP ME WITH MY SITUATION BACK IN SEPTEM BEEN 8 MONTHS SINCE I AM TRYING TO GET A RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT HOPEFULLY ONE THE SUPERVISOR WILL SEE THIS AND HELP ME WITH MY SITUATION BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2022 I TOOK MY TRUCK CADILLAC XT6 TO GET FIX AND DEALERSHIP KEEP THE TRUCK FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS.THEY GAVE A RENTAL CAR FOR FOR 5 MONTHS ENTERPRISE CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR OVER 10000 DOLLARS .GM DENIED THE CLAIM TWICE THEY SAYING THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PROOF OR DID NOT GIVE THEN THE PROPER PAPERWORK.I TRY TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP EVERYONE REFUSES TO HELP ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM. PLEASE BE ADVISE THE SERVICE MANAGER IS WELL AWARE OF MY SITUATION CARLY,AND DAWN.AND TODAY I SPOKE TO RYAN HE IMFORM ME THAT THE DEALER WILL NOT PAY THE BILL.PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW IS IT MY FAULT THE DEALER DID NOT GIVE GM THE PROPER DOCUMENT AS A CUSTOMER YOU GUYS SHOULD STEP UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE I AM MAKING PAYMENTS ON THAT CREDIT CARD WITH INTEREST. I have been waiting 2 WEEKS to have my $500 deposit refunded back to me and have been calling every day to check on the status!! At this point, I still have no answer as to if it was put in or not! I would think twice about buying a car here because if you change your mind, good luck trying to get your deposit refunded back to you in a timely manner. VERY unprofessional. Never again. More
Do yourself a favor and spend your money at another dealership. I had service done under warranty, Dropped off car Dec 4 2022, I was told they don't lone, but have an agreement with Enterprize rentals, dealership. I had service done under warranty, Dropped off car Dec 4 2022, I was told they don't lone, but have an agreement with Enterprize rentals, and that under the warranty it would reimburse the cost. Only after over a month of calls, with my car in their shop and telling me the parts are back ordered, But if I do this other service (over $500) and handing in my receipts from Enterprize (Jan 14th) I would be able to bring the car home and when the part comes in it would be replace. Only after weeks more of calls to find out the part had been in for a while and never called. they did replace the part. But after 6 months, I'm still waiting for the Rental reimbursement. At first it was emails to and from, excuse after excuse. they stopped answering emails and still no reimbursement. This is how they treat a customer with not 1 but 2 Cadillac's . More
