I came in from out of town for vacation with an Explorer that was leaking coolant. I showed up at 8am Monday morning without an appointment. Bill went beyond his means to make sure the car got into a lift. that was leaking coolant. I showed up at 8am Monday morning without an appointment. Bill went beyond his means to make sure the car got into a lift. Unfortunately, the car had a water pump that was going to cost way too much than I was willing to spend. I elected to look for a different vehicle. Paul (sales) and Russell (finance) went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed for a price I was comfortable with. Their personable nature was so welcomed and appreciated. They turned a bad situation with a broken car into a brand new vehicle. The new car had to be driven in from another dealer in Georgia and they did all this within the same day. As I was moving things over to the new car, Bill (service) approached me and was so happy that I got a new car and congratulated me but also expressed how committed he was to fixing the old one if that’s what I elected to do. A true professional that recognized I had a family on vacation and fell into an unfortunate situation but wanted to fix it! King is lucky to have Bill, Paul, and Russell.
