I had the most Awesome Experience I have ever had buying a car. There was no hassle and no pressure. These guys were GREAT!! They do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience. I had literally been looking for this specific car for years, its rare to find one for sale i looking for online at Killer Auto Sales in Phoenix, AZ. I had literally been looking for this specific car for years, its rare to find one for sale in such good condition and low miles especially around where I live. It was very difficult for me to make the decision to purchase a car online without actually being there to see it, as you can imagine. I worked with Keith over the phone and he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with this purchase. He was patient with me and was happy to describe the car to me and answer any and all questions I had. For the past 5 years I have been enduring a xxx car that cost more than it was worth. Now that I had saved my pennies I decided it was time to search for a new car that would sustain me for the next few yea cost more than it was worth. I checked several dealerships where the owners were too busy trying to swindle me that they didn't realize that I was willing to pay cash and meant serious business. After spending hours at a dealership up the road in the pouring rain, I decided to stop by Killer Auto Sales as a last ditch attempt at finding my new car. Immediately after getting out of my car, the salesman, Mike, greeted me and took me inside where we could look at the inventory from the computer so I wouldn't have to stand in the rain any more. The chill atmosphere of green everything, movies playing, customers playing darts, and the owner's dog, Sadie lounging about instantly put me at ease. Within 10 minutes Mike found a car that matched all my picky standards and was above and beyond what I expected to purchase that day. Within 20 minutes I was test driving the car, and within an hour the car was mine. I talked with every single employee there was helpful, polite, and all around fantastic. I would definitely return to Killer Auto Sales again and in honor of the great service I received I have named my 2006 Chevy Impala Mike. More

They sold us a great Honda pilot and took our trade in but never paid off our trade in loan like they said they would. When we call they say everything is taken care of but we keep getting calls from our but never paid off our trade in loan like they said they would. In addition the vehicle we bought had no headrests or floor mats which they keep telling us they will provide but it has been a whole month and we are still waiting for all these issues to be resolved.
