I went to Killer Auto Sales and was incredibly pleased......no pressure at all. In fact, everything was so low key there were times I felt like asking "what's next." Prior to purchase I was able to take the car to a name brand mechanic who told me the car was in great shape. I bought as everything promised was delivered. More

All the cars were detailed and ready to go off the lot when the financials are done. I hate that so many new cars at dealerships still need to be prepped for 4 hrs. 2. Michael Stetz took my email inquiry and responded both by email and a call to set up a time to go through the car. I was late and he followed up and still coordinated making sure he was available at those times. I appreciate a sales person that is not pushy but considerate. 3. I had financing with a bank that was not there group so the folks worked with their team to get the same rate and terms. This meant a little longer at their place and less screwing around with my bank later. I was impressed and the car price was reasonable when the closest car to this was in Burbank, CA. 4. The atmosphere looks like a family room and either you like that or you don't. I like it when you are treated like family in a good way.. These folks work across everyone waiting and communicate. You don't have that slick let me talk to my manager stuff here. It's open doors across the whole place. I have walked out on countless car places and want to say these guys are the best experience in Phoenix. I hope them the best and would recommend folks to stop in. Just remember they are a used car shop and not a dealer specializing in one make. More
