Awesome service and great communication from Reilly was unexpected but certainly appreciated! Great customer service is standard at Southside KIA in Jacksonville Florida! I have had zero issues with anyone at the dealership since the first 5 minutes that I walked onto the property. I can not give any higher recommendation to anyone else who may read this. Southside KIA in Jacksonville Florida is by far the best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my 67+ years of life! I am a customer who has bought 2 cars from them and I am very pleased with my experience with Reilly Mickey in service and our salesman Nick Kroll, as well as the financial advisor Tony. The floor manager was awesome as well. The Southside KIA team in Jacksonville Florida is an amazingly awesome group of people who have a great focus on customer service!!! More

They have turned a new leaf great customer service now days especially Mr. Sheldon Smith who helped assist me with my car getting serviced and the process and all that entails. I didn’t know an oil change takes 3- 4 hours now that’s about the only down fall especially if it’s around lunch time or coming after lunch appointments. Get in early if you can. More
