My car had a battery discharge and wouldn’t start. It Started up Monday morning and I took it to the service center. After a couple days in the shop, they couldn’t figure out the cause. The appt took 2 hours long. The problem with that was I was scheduled to be there at 8 am and the car did not go into service for almost an hour. After 2 hours, I went to the desk to check on my vehicle and he states that my vehicles recall was completed and ready to go. Seriously, why wasn't I notified that yes, my vehicle needed the recall and yes, they had the part to fix it.?. So there is no telling how long my car was waiting for me to check out... This is unacceptable for any service industry. Communication is needed in order for the customers to be willing to come back for another visit.!. More
