I worked with Ricardo Macilla not Jessie and he was horrible. If he called at all it was days after he said he would. He lied to me multiple times because he thought I didn't know better. My car sat horrible. If he called at all it was days after he said he would. He lied to me multiple times because he thought I didn't know better. My car sat un touched and he claimed on multiple occasions he was ordering part and parts were delayed then he said half the work was done but the were waiting for the arm and bushing for the driver side. Why would you tear down a car if you know you dont have the parts? All his stories were just xx. My car was there for nearly a month leaving me stranded for work still paying insurance and what not all because they didn't want to work on a warranty vehicle. My car sat so long i had to get a new battery when I got it home because they jumped it to start it when they finished. I can right a full time line of the nonsense but honestly I hope to never have to step foot in that dealership again. Worst experience. Then guy wanted to sell me a new car when I was leaving. I held it together and didn't go off because he was innocent. I sure wanted to verbally vomit my whole experience all over him and drive away. Im glad i was bigger than that but the dead car battery when I got home and the breaks not properly bled on the drive made me furious. It was diabolical the ways this visit tried to destroy me. No I didn't call them with my problems after the fact because they would have taken my darn car for another month im sure. I handled it. More

What should a customer expect if they make an appointment for service? How does letting the service department know you are a waiter in advance affect communication? Why would walk ins get faster service tha for service? How does letting the service department know you are a waiter in advance affect communication? Why would walk ins get faster service than an appointment? Stockton Kia is the closest dealership from my home (60 miles). I played by your rules only to fail due to the whim of a service adviser. 3300 miles on a new car under warranty and you want to charge me $500 to fix flaws in your product. Stockton Kia had a choice to show why they are an exemplary service dept. and they chose not to. Still have a problem with no solution. Thanks Stockton Kia. More

I am glad the high frequency fuel filter was done under warranty. However, I was not always kept in the loop. Always seems that I have to make contact to find out what is going on. I was informed that the warranty. However, I was not always kept in the loop. Always seems that I have to make contact to find out what is going on. I was informed that there was an oil change and air filter recommendation about 30 minutes after I was told the car was ready. I declined because we were already gathering grandchildren to pick up the car and return our rental car. I never seem to have any personal connection with Stockton Kia service. More
